The Movement Of Natural Persons And Economic Development

With the deep development of globalization of economics,service industry has played a more important role in adjustment and optimization of industrial structure. Movement of natural persons,as a model of international trade in service,affects heavily the economic development in variety countries.It makes natural persons benefiting from the movement,at the same time,it also increases the world welfare obviously that shared with both developed and developing countries.Liberalizing movement of natural persons is not only a matter of concern in the GATS negotiation for the developed and developing countries,but also attracts the attention of both scholars and specialists in international economics,labor economics and international jurisprudence.This paper consists of three parts:first,it brought forward the proposition of the movement of natural persons through the introduction.Based on predecessors' study about the movement of natural persons,it summarized the effect factor,income and cost, barriers and relationship between international trade and movement of natural persons. And it also analysed the game in the course of liberalizing movement of natural persons under the GATS' framework;second,with variety of economic theory,it discussed the economic effect and influence about movement of natural persons from the phenomena to motive,as a example of Europian Union,it analysed the relationship between the economic integration and the movement of natural persons;third,it was verified by the facts and data that what economic factors affected China's movement of natural persons.The impact on China's service industry from movement of natural persons had been studied.And it also raised the strategic measures for developing trade in service by the increasing movement of natural persons.In this study,reviewing the multilateral framework system that promoting the liberalizing movement of natural persons,author try to analyze normatively the economic phenomena by means of west economics,international economics,labor economics and WTO's research result.Using the empirical analysis method,the relationship between economic integration and movement of natural persons is verified firstly,and then it tests the economic influence on the movement of natural persons.with the multiple regression analysis,finally,the impact on China's service industry from the movement of natural persons has been proved with panel analysis method.By the extending mathematic models,the industry effects from the different kind of movement of natural persons and different region are analyzed.It also suggests that the strategic measures of developing trade in service by the increasing movement of natural persons.can help government making decision.But,movement of natural persons is a new model of international trade in service which has been being negotiated with WTO members;the paper is not perfect especially in depth and integrality due to the lack of the materials and data.
