Agglomeration Economic Circle is an important carrier of national core competitiveness to international economic competition. To develop Agglomeration Economic Circle can help promote industry agglomeration and national competitive ability. However, after summarizing the past research result about the power,effect and evolution laws of industry agglomeration of Agglomeration Economic Circle, the author discovered these researches almost remain for a long time untouched. The researches about power, effects and evolution laws from industry agglomeration of Agglomeration Economic Circle has important value in theory and profound realistic significance, because they can contribution to developing the Regional Economics theory and providing a direction for development practice of Agglomeration Economic Circle.Since the reform and open-up policy, the Yangtze river delta in China had a nearly 30 years fast growth along with industry agglomeration, which provides a positive sample and development model that are used for studying laws of Agglomeration Economic Circle formation, development and evolution. Based on the whole Agglomeration Economic Circle outlook and the correlation among the region, industry and industry agglomeration, this paper mainly employs the analyzed ways combined with positivism and norm, static method and dynamic method, qualitative method and quantitative method, and .has studied laws of agglomeration source power, agglomeration effects and agglomeration evolution from industry agglomeration of Agglomeration Economic circle according to the logic route that the factor endowment advantage of territory ranks at first, followed by the government propulsion, endogenous industry agglomeration, agglomeration effect, dynamic evolution of industry agglomeration.This is paper is divided into five parts, eight chapters.The existed researches on industry agglomeration have no coherent frameworks. To study laws of agglomeration power, agglomeration effects and agglomeration evolution from industry agglomeration of Agglomeration Economic circle, it must compare various theory limitations on industry agglomeration, and clear the direction of future research, which constitute this paper's part one , chapter 1. The contents of chapter 1 is an introduction, which introduces the background and meaning of study, and summarize literatures to be relevant causes, mechanism, effect, measurement and the evolution of industrial agglomeration. it also defines the concept of industry agglomeration, Agglomeration Economic Circle and territory factor endowment advantage, and elaborates research objective, research contents,research methods and research framework on this paper.The second section of this paper studies the power of industry agglomeration of Agglomeration Economic Circle, which include chapters 2 and chapter3, respectively studying the source power and external power supply of industry agglomeration.In the third part, it analyses the agglomeration effect of industrial agglomeration of Agglomeration Economic Circle, including chapter 4 and chapter 5.Chapter 4 emphatically analyses the four industry agglomeration effect types, that is, economy development, technique progress, increasing Solow Residual and decreasing scale return, the effect of territory development and technical progress effect. Chapter 5 mainly studies the effect of non-balanced development caused by polarization-axis economy growth of inside Agglomeration Economic Circle and the performance of industry development.Based on the perspective of the whole Agglomeration Economic Circle, Part four, which consist of chapter 6 and chapter 7, analyzes some problem, such as the industry cluster transformation and diffusion, industry agglomeration competition and transfer in sub-region of Agglomeration Economic Circle, the internal transfer, improving the competitive ability of Agglomeration Economic Circle.The fifth part summarizes the related conclusions of previous each chapter, deepens this research topic, and emphasized the research conclusion importance to develop agglomeration economic theory and practice, especially for the implementation of China's current rise of the central region and the western development strategy. This is chapter 8.The content of each chapter is relatively independent, but they are also closely connected. The industry agglomeration research content of Agglomeration Economic Circle includes the three aspects of agglomeration power, agglomeration effect and agglomeration evolution, which differs from each other and are often intertwined. Industry agglomeration depends on agglomeration power. Once industry agglomeration is launched by agglomeration power, then which will change the development environment of territory economy, cause the territory technical progress, improve the industry space structure and performance of agglomeration, and result in the industry and space evolution of agglomeration, which makes up of part content of agglomeration effect in some sense.In addition, taking into account the independence of the chapters, each chapter (Chapter 1 and Chapter 8 not included) begins with an introduction part and ends with a conclusion part, so as to make sure the body of the paper flows in a logical way and highlight the main topic. Some of the literature is also repeatedly quoted in order to emphasize the paper's topics.Compared with previous studies, this paper may contribute to the literature in following aspects:(1)It makes clear the source power and external power supply for industry agglomeration from the power system of industry agglomeration, and emphasize the importance effect of factor endowment heterogeneity comparative advantage to the industry aggromeration of aggromeration economic circle.On the basis of in the traditional theory of comparative advantage, this paper puts forward a theory to interpret the driving force of industry agglomeration, which believes the source power of industry agglomeration comes from the territory factor endowment comparative advantage. According to the author, the advantage of division of labor root in the territory heterogeneity comparative advantage of factor endowment in the double open world market and the dual international division of labor, such as human capital, technical capital and physical capital etc. It also proposes the inverse embeddedness concept to factor mobility.According to the four dimensions,which include the development strategy, industrial and trade policies, market system construction and the construction of public investment, and the Systems Research Methodology, this paper analyzes the role in which the government plays in changing external environment of industry development and exploiting comparative advantages of territory factor endowment, and concludes a conclusion that government act as an external power supply for the territory industry agglomeration.(2) In the industrial agglomeration effect, this paper puts forward a monopolistic competition growth new framework which analyzes the territory development effect of industry agglomeration in Agglomeration Economic Circle. And it clears the roots of the industry agglomeration effect and the power which makes the industry agglomeration and transfer. The empirical research on agglomeration effect and characteristic from the point and axial economic growth and growth convergence are performed in this paper. The industry structure convergence mechanism and reasonableness in Agglomeration Economic Circle is also studied in this paper.Based on a new analytical framework of monopoly competition growth and the VECM(Vector Error Corrected Model) ,this paper agrees that the source of efficiency of territory economy come from the technical progress and increasing Solow residual caused by industry agglomeration competition of Agglomeration Economic Circle. It proposes that increasing returns unnecessarily exist in the agglomeration region,which is totally different from and topple the new economic geography theory and the new trade theory that believes industry agglomeration positive performance result from the transcendental increasing returns,and argues that, the increasing Solow residual caused by the industry agglomeration are the reason not only for industry agglomeration but also for industry transfer.According to the group decomposition, growth convergence and the performance analysis of industry structure convergence,it analyses the territory effect of industrial agglomeration and the performance of industry agglomeration of Agglomeration Economic Circle, and concludes some conclusion as follows. One is the territory disparity and unbalanced development of industrial agglomeration result from the demand of point and axial economic growth, and industry coordinated development; other is there is no unconditional absolute convergence and conditional convergence; the other is the endogenous mechanism of industry structure convergence lies in the interaction of four factors,such as the similarity of sub-region economic factor endowments, technology diffusion in sub-regions, decentralization reform in China and the world market competitiveness of sub-region industry.(3) On the evolution of industrial agglomeration of Agglomeration Economic Circle,It reveals the endogenous mechanism and exterior cause of the cluster industries transformation and diffusion in Agglomeration Economic Circle from industrial dimensions. It also demonstrated the hypothesis of leading industry inverse u-shaped evolution,and advance a leading industry agglomeration theory about improving economic competitiveness of agglomeration industry of sub-region in Agglomeration Economic Circle based on the sub-region, dimension .Based on the theory, the mathematical model and statistical calculating analyzing, , the paper strictly defines the geographical boundaries of industry cluster revolved on the industry evolution of industry agglomeration. According to the author, the international competitiveness sources of Agglomeration Economic Circle come from competitiveness support of territory internal diversified industry cluster. It also agrees with that the endogenous driving force of the industry cluster transformation come from the competition of diversified industry cluster of Agglomeration Economic Circle, which reflects the industry cluster industrialization process of Agglomeration Economic Circle, and the exterior driving force comes from the competition global industry cluster.After revising the statistical method of location quotient, it puts forward the "location quotient -- leading industry sectors growth rate"identification method of leading industry, demonstrates the inverse evolution hypothesis of leading industry and the sub-region industry agglomeration theory. a theory is proposed based on the leading industry agglomeration hypothesis of Agglomeration Economic Circle , stating that the high-speed growth and industry agglomeration process of Agglomeration Economic Circle is essentially the leading industry agglomeration process, and the key of improving the competitive capability of high-speed growth Agglomeration Economic Circle economy is to implement the leading industry transfer of geese flying in a line-brothers according to the inverse evolution law of leading industry and the industrialization process difference between the sub-region of Agglomeration Economic Circle.
