Research On The Development Strategy Of Marine Eco-tourism Resources

With the marine economy research becoming more and more important in the area of economy studies, marine eco-tourism, a brand-new travel style, provides an important way for marine sustainable economy development. The core of development strategy of marine eco-tourism is to coordinate the relations between the marine tourism economy development and resources and environment protection. Its inherent characteristic and the remarkable symbol is the coordinated development among economic efficiency, environment benefit and social efficiency. Based on the current and actual situation of marine eco-tourism resource, the paper studies development strategy of marine eco-tourism resources by taking Yantai city as the example.Marine eco-tourism is an important style and way to implement marine sustainable tourism development. Marine eco-tourism destination is obvious differences from inland eco-tourism destination in landscape characteristics. In the process of the marine eco-tourism resources development, it is very essential that some theories, such as sustainable development theory, oceanography theory, landscape ecology theory, ecology carrying capacity theory, environmental economics theory and so on are used to guide marine resource development practice. The ideas of environment ethics, clean production and eco-friendly should be involved in particular. It is also necessary that system thinking approach be used in the development of sea eco-tourism resources.The reasonable and scientific evaluation to marine eco-tourism resources is the key point of the development. Therefore, based on the traditional evaluation methods, this paper establishes a new marine eco-tourism resources evaluation system by combining the features and the practical development of the sea eco-tourism resources. Then it applies the analytic hierarchy method and blurred comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the eco-tourism resources in Yantai and draws relatively rational evaluation results, which thus provides methods and foundation to the scientific evaluation of marine eco-tourism resources, predicting its development potential and determining its development and utility intensity and scales. On the basement of the related theories, this paper puts forward the main strategic and related security system in accordance with marine eco-tourism resources development in Yantai.This paper discusses the existing problems on ecology, environment coercion and the unreasonable development and exploitation on the basis of further analysis of current situation on development and exploitation of nature marine tourism resources in Yantai, which includes the sea water, the sand beach, the wetland, the vegetation, the abrasion landform etc, and the humanities tourism resources. According to the above, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to obtain sustainable use in the development of Yantai marine eco-tourism and realize the balances of economic, social, ecological and environmental benefits.
