Since the reform and opening policy was executed,economy has been keeping rapid growth more than twenty years in China.But the economic growth pattern in China is typically extensive characterized as more input and consumption,yet lower efficiency.Therefore, changing the economic growth pattern is becoming the most urgent realistic problem. Meanwhile,along with the extensive pattern,human resource development also shows the feature of limited and static state.Changing the growth pattern into the intensive pattern,human resource development is an important factor.Based on some theories related on human resource development and economic growth, absorbing the achievements of many subjects such as economics,demography,management, and sociology,and so on,using the method of the combination of normative and empirical analysis,domestic and international comparison,qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper discusses and studies the models of human resource development under different economic growth patterns.This paper mainly includes four parts,as follows:The first part is the basic theories of human capital and economic growth(Chapter Two).It is the basis for the analysis and logical development in the whole paper.The second part is the theoretical analyses of economic growth pattern and human resource development(Chapter Three,Four and Five).Beginning with the related concepts,Chapter Three analyzes the influence of changing economic growth pattern on human resource development.Starting from the characteristics of extensive economic growth pattern,Chapter Four analyzes the model of human resource development under the pattern,discusses the five aspects such as recruitment, training,allocation,using,and incentive,and evaluates the model.After analyzing the characteristics of intensive economic growth pattern and factors influencing the construction of the model of human resource development under intensive pattern,Chapter Five constructs the model under this pattern,has the same analyses from the five aspects above,and briefly evaluates the model.The third part is the empirical analyses of economic growth pattern and human resource development(Chapter Six).The paper compares the data of human resource development in developed countries with that of in China,measures intensive degree of economic growth in sample provinces in China,has comparative analyses on human resource development under different regional intensity,and has the empirical analyses combing data over the years with some indices of human resource development to demonstrate there are different models of human resource development under different growth patterns.The last part is conclusions(Chapter Seven).From the qualitative and quantitative analyses of realities of economic growth and human resource development,the paper concludes that the model under the extensive growth pattern is difficult to continue,the path of long-term growth of future economy will be based on the full development of human resources and the innovation of recruitment,training,allocation,using,and motivation to improve the factor efficiency,and promote the complete change of future economic growth pattern in China.There are three innovative points:(1) constructing system frame of human resource development based on economic growth pattern;(2) constructing the model of human resource development under intensive economic growth pattern;(3) using the methods of principal component analysis and static index evaluation,revealing the difference that marketization degree of human resource allocation and use benefit will change when intensive degree changes.
