| In view of the importance of construction products in society, it is imperative to promote the construction solid waste recycling and to maximize the resource utilization during the construction process in order to build a recycling-oriented society. For the current serious problems in construction projects of China, such as low environmental and economic benefits, it is necessary to establish a construction products circular logistics system (CPCLS) which could conform to the national condition of China, and meet the characteristics of construction projects.In this dissertation, therefore, I'm going to employ such theories as project management, circular logistics and logistics system to analyze the concept, elements, structure and characteristics of CPCLS based on literary analysis and on-site researches so as to maximize the resource circulation in construction projects; the types of CPCLS are chosen for establishment, and the models are set up to analyze its economic, environmental and social benefits. Then the empirical research is carried out against the backdrop of Beijing based on the result of the theoretical studies, and finally some suggestions are proposed on the implementation of CPCLS.The main innovation works of this dissertation are as followed:(1) The concept of CPCLS is defined from the view of construction projects and its supply chain. Resource-saving and environment-friendly are mentioned as the essence of CPCLS, and to promote the resource circulation in construction projects is the fundamental goal of CPCLS, while integrating the logistics of construction materials and construction solid waste is the way to establish it.(2) Such theories are studied as the elements, structure, function and characteristics of CPCLS. Thus it is concluded that the circular logistics companies play a dominant role when establishing the CPCLS. It can ease the traffic pressure and reduce pollutants, and can further reflect the economic and social benefits of using wastes as a resource.(3) Such models are set up to analyze the property flow, logistics process and the cash flow of CPCLS, by using of the MFA method. Then, the economic benefits, environmental benefits and the social benefits of CPCLS can be calculated, compared to the current construction logistics system.(4) Through the empirical studies with Beijing as the backdrop, this dissertation demonstrates that a CPCLS in the city can not only increase the efficiency of the resource recycling and that of the operation of logistics facilities, but can also ensure the interests of all parties involved and thus to realize an integration of economic, environmental and social interests. |
