Sole Proprietorship Type Of State-owned Holding Company Governance Structure

The wholly state-owned holding company is recognized as the principal part of state-owned holding company for a long time in the future. It is very important that how to make good progress in these enterprises and how to improve the efficiency of corporate governance .These issues also have important practical significance for state-owned assets management system and state-owned enterprises reform & development.It is difficult to reveal the special law of governance of the wholly state-owned holding company to research purely on the wholly state-owned companies or state-owned holding company perspective, which provides widely fields in theory and practice, namely, wholly state-owned holding company governance structure problems. At present, a few writers carry out to define the concept of wholly state-owned holding company, especially on its governance structure. This paper is aimed to bring forth new ideas in this field.On the basis of the research results in legal, economics, management science, related investigation and research on the spot, the article researches on the wholly state-owned holding company by comparative studies, case studies, and theoretical analysis. Firstly, some of this confusion can be cleared up by analyzing and defining in detail the meaning of wholly state-owned holding company in the current study; Secondly, combined the insights of different theories and practical experience, the dissertation makes some empirical and theoretical analyses of corporate governance of the wholly state-owned holding company, put forward one theoretical framework to provided farther explanation. Finally, According to above research results, some recommendations are provided, the future development of about wholly state-owned holding company is also brought forth.
