Current recommender systems cannot meet the demand of large-scale online marketing in the distributed environment. The semantic ontology technologies and electronic recommendation technologies together can be exploited to realize the effective acquisition and fusion of the knowledge of products, user requirements and recommendation function, and can further realize the synergized collaboration of constituents of the recommender systems. This dissertation researches on the basic theory and methodology of intelligent electronic commerce recommendation based on the online consuming behavior knowledge which we hope to provide the fundamental support in theory and methodology for developing highly responsive and effective recommender systems for large-scale electronic commerce in distributed environments.This paper introduce knowledge management and ontology into the studying of online consuming behavior, and constructed a now framework - Knowledge Ontology based Online Consuming Behavior (KOB-OCB). The research on the theory and methodology based on the online consuming behavior knowledge is subdivided into four levels which are correlated with each other closely. The first is the online consuming behavior knowledge mining based on WEB. The second is the representation of knowledge for online consuming behavior knowledge. The third is the theory and method of construction for online consuming behavior. And the last is the intellectual recommender of online consuming service based on self-demand. This dissertation studied the mining arithmetic of the online consuming behavior knowledge, designed theory and methodology of ontology construction of the online consuming behavior knowledge, researched intellectual recommender systems based on self-demand of online consuming service based.The main content of the dissertation as follows:The relative theories were introduced which include the basic theory of the online consuming, constructed the different between online consuming and traditional consuming, analysised the affected factors of online consuming behavior, discussed the patterns of online consuming based on electronic commerce.We studied the theory and methodology of online consuming behavior knowledge mining in this dissertation, discussed the basic concept of online consuming knowledge, and studied the mining arithmetic based on online consuming knowledge pool.We studied the representation of online consuming behavior knowledge, researched the representation method of online consuming behavior knowledge, discussed the ontology model of online consuming, the ontology construction of online consuming, the knowledge representation based on domain ontology of online consuming, analysised the main construction of electronic commerce, concept taken out of electronic commerce was discussed, at last, this dissertation constructed a ontology model of online consuming behavior knowledge.We studied the ontology mapping of online consuming behavior knowledge, researched the methods of ontology mapping of online consuming behavior knowledge, the process of ontology mapping of online consuming behavior knowledge, the regulation of ontology mapping of online consuming behavior knowledge, and provided the base for the application of ontology of online consuming behavior knowledge.We also studied the knowledge service, online consuming demand and self-service based on ontology, self-service theory of online consuming, knowledge acquisition and representation of online consuming, reasoning mechanism and recommend results of self-service were discussed. At last, self-adapted choosing of self-service tactics of online consuming was taken part.
