Rural Tension Mechanism And Strategy Selection During Urbanization Process

Urbanization is the main feature of human social development, which has been the most impacted social courses in the human production. It will become the important signal measuring national power of economy and society and civilizing level. Who is the owner of Nobel Economic Award and American famous economist said"Two main themes of human beings in the 21st century are Chinese urbanization and American high sci-tech development."Pushing urbanization development is concerning with the motion of the urbanization. The researches of urbanization motion stressed the pushing function more, but ignored the tension function in the city development for rural factors. Especially for China is both developing and agricultural country, it is very important for urbanization to dig the"tension"in the countryside and its reasons. It has both practical meaning and historical meaning to promote health development.This research, guided by the relevant theories of urbanization motion, especially Chinese urbanization process, tiring the history of city and urbanization, discusses the structural evolution of urbanization motive mechanism and introduce the definition of urbanization, which is the logic beginning of rural tension. It constructs the whole framework: motive system of urbanization is built by the meaning of rural tension, urban pulling and government pushing. It stresses the connotation, of rural tension, the essentials, the station, function and evolution of motive system. It explains two mechanism of rural tension---- clustering mechanism and contributing mechanism. Clustering mechanism realizes population collection, resourse collection of urban essential and industry collection, which promote the urbanization development. Contributing mechanism analyzes relevant essentials of rural tension in the urbanization to contribute the urban development by supplying agricultural production, producing essentials and market.Based on theories, it analyzes a case study of Heilongjiang to prove the mechanism theory of rural"tension"by collecting the mass data by essential analysis and multi-regression, it discusses the feature of rural tension in Heilongjiang and its policy of city development. Finally, based on China situation and urban practice, it gives policy of"tension"urbanization.
