Urbanization is the general trend in today's world. To such a proposition that come from theory and experience, few men will have objection. However, it still will not be the pretext that the people not argue the problems about urbanization again in the future. On the contrary, to be the global trend, as the common trend in the world, why there are different model and level? Why so as the developing countries, some countries such as Mexico have gotten the excessive level of urbanization and some of the other countries like china have gotten the inadequate level of urbanization? Be always accompanied by the modernization of the economy, on earth what are influencing urbanization? And these factor how to influence urbanization? Almost all the scholars can not avoid these problems. If through overall and deep inspect, the people will find that urbanization is influenced by economy and institution and so on.Taking the urbanization practices of our country as the background, mainly using the area economics, development economics, institutional economics, information economics and some other former theories, and along with the consecution of "phenomenon——integrated mechanism model——cent motivity mechanism——use in practice", try to discuss the developing problem of China's urbanization by such motivity mechanism model.Firstly, the paper studies the urbanization motivities integrated construct a simple continuum model of urbanization and advances the good mutual-active pattern between urbanization and motivity mechanism. On the other hand, each motivity affects each other, go into each other, come into being a uniform and continuous system and promote the urbanization process.
