Study On Dynamical Mechanism Of Urbanization In Hunan Province

Since the reform and opening, the development of Hunan city had made certain progress, urbanization level increased significantly, but for a long time due to the policy, system and so on various aspects of Hunan, leading to low urbanization level in many cities, lagging behind the city’s economic development, and the unbalanced development in various regions. In order to change this situation, we must accurately grasp the dynamic mechanism of urbanization development of Hunan province. We should grasp the problem from the root of the problem. So this article tries to explore the correlation between the urbanization and motivation factors, to study the dynamic mechanism of urbanization in Hunan province, and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the urban development of Hunan province. In this paper, taking the industry economics, development economics, regional economics, institutional economics and the relevant economic frontier theory as the theoretical basis, and combine with theory and practice, to study the dynamic mechanism of urbanization in Hunan province.In reference on the basis of predecessors’ research results, this paper carefully analysis the dynamic mechanism of urbanization. The urbanization of motivation is not single, but under the effect of various factors contribute to, each other plays a different role in the urbanization process. Economic growth is the macroscopic force of Urbanization, Three times industry development is medium power of urbanization; The flow of factors of production to make the urbanization become a reality, constitutes the microscopic dynamics of urbanization; The market mechanism and the national macroeconomic regulation and control is the harmonious power of urbanization; In addition, the improvement of the humanities and social environment factors also is the important power of urbanization.In this paper, we select municipal districts of 13 cities and 88 county-level cities in Hunan province as our object of study respectively, we also choose typical quantifiable driving factors and econometric model to analysis quantitatively on the influence factors of urbanization in Hunan province based on the five driving factors we mentioned early which have influence in the development of urbanization. At last, based on the regression analysis, the author proposes some measures and suggests to speeding up urbanization course. The dissertation makes a profound statistic analysis on the level of the urbanization on the basis of establishing index system and measuring methods of urbanization. The econometric model indicates that five actuation factors all have important impacts on the urbanization course, but the industrial structure and economy factors are more significant than others, technology and education are not significant compared with other factors. The industrial structure factor study shows, the proportion of tertiary industry relationship with urbanization is more significant than the proportion of secondary industry relationship with urbanization. Because of this reason, the author thinks the influences of the tertiary industry increase can promote the urbanization stronger. As the developing motivity, tertiary industry is still need quick development. We should stimulate consumption, adjust industrial layout, attach great importance to the development of technology and education and adjust the market mechanism driving action to the urbanization to promote the development of urbanization of Hunan province.
