Along with mobile communication equipment unceasing development, the mobile commerce also entered the high speed growth period.The mobile payment as the mobile commerce most important constituent, its security does become the determining factor of the mobile commerce healthy development. But, under present transaction environment, even if uses the extremely perfect safekeeping of security measure, the risk of mobile payment always inevitably exists. Therefore, how to assessment the payment system security risk, and how to judge the risk event which possibly appears are become especially important to the mobile commercial healthy development. Also because of this, the risk assessment of mobile payment system is extremely essential and has the practical significance.This dissertation analyzed the mobile payment system resources factor, researched on the risk area distribution rule in each kind of payment pattern, then established theory and method of mobile payment system risk assessment indicators system based on the risk area distribution and the resources factor distribution. In view of the analytic hierarchy process limitation, we use the analytic network process to computation to the indicators weight, and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to assess the risk of the mobile payment system. And introduce the fuzzy neural network models to improve the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, we have actual research through the risk assessment theory method and assessment model which put forward to mobile payment system.The main research content of this dissertation is includes:1. Constructed the resources distributed model of mobile payment system based on component elements.Because at present, many research on mobile payment system to use the function structure description, this can create the object of study to be extremely huge, the system of complexity is high, science assessment difficultly. So we break already existing mobile payment system each independent description, introduce introduces the elementary theory of the system theory, divide the mobile payment system again, take the component elements form establishment system resources distributed model, and for further establish the system risk distribution based on the resources distribution builds the foundation.2. Establishment mobile payment system risk distributed model. Division risk area of three kind of payment pattern model and its exceptional model, and discussed in each risk area resources factor distribution, from this establishes mobile payment system risk distributed model based on the resources distribution.This model has established a universal suitable risk distribution resources data aggregate for the mobile payment system, and through the selection and the fluctuation to resources factor we can built the unique risk distributed model for any mobile payment system.3. Put forward the theory method of establishment risk assessment indicators system of mobile payment system. According to the risk general definition, and uniting the safe special demand of mobile payment system, establishes the assessment indicators system based on the risk distribution and the resources distribution.Enables these indicators can be located to the corresponding risk area and resources factor which in this risk area .4. Provide the mathematical model of the mobile payment system risk assessment. While using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the mobile payment system to carry on the risk assessment, because some of the indicators have relationship which the interdependence and affects mutually, the traditional analytic hierarchy process cannot the solution this type question, this dissertation use the analytic network process network to analysis the indicators weight. Simultaneously we utilized the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to give a risk assessment mathematical model to the whole mobile payment system. Because of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has subjective and random, we introduce the neural network to improve risk assessment model. And we has discussed to the pluses and minuses of two kinds of models separately.5. Actual research. Use risk assessment theory and mathematical model of mobile payment system security t that we put forward, go on the risk assessment to the concrete mobile payment system. Through combined the static resources distribution model to the dynamic payment course protection together, and through analyses and calculate the weight of index, we can clearly judge which area risk are most great among all kinds of mobile payment system.Research proves the theory and method that we put forward can reflect accurately the risk state of the mobile payment system, this can help we to strength system security management, make security tactics offer the theoretical foundation and mathematics reference.
