In this dissertation, first of all the severe situation of Chinese coalmine work safety is pointed out, as well as the main problems, opportunities and challenges. Meantime the research status quo and developing tendency of management modes of coalmines, safety management theories and modes, and safety management theories and modes of coalmines are summarized. Moreover the basic connotations and essential requests are set forth, with theoretical foundations found out including theories of market economy, corporation theory, refined management and safety management. And then the game model of refined coalmine safety management, economic benefit model of safety service charge, and panel-data-analytical-theory-based econometrics model are innovatively constructed, resolving the mechanism of refined coalmine safety management. Particular operating system of this mode is raised including macro-foundation and micro-mechanism. Macro-foundations are attribution, total thought, aims, operating principles, characteristics and synthesis and disassembly of 6 "safety element flows"; and micro-mechanisms include initiating organizational structure, constructing hidden trouble trading prices and engineering charge system, clarifying business processes, and setting running rules, etc. Guaranteeing systems are established, including leading system of safety education and training, controlling system of safety precaution and analysis, restricting system of safety obligation, and optimizing system of safety environment status. Finally positive research of refined coalmine safety management in Kailuan Jinghuan Mine Company is provided.
