Study On Refined Safety Management And Operating Mechanism Of A Coalmine

In this dissertation, first of all the severe situation of Chinese coalmine work safety is pointed out, as well as the main problems, opportunities and challenges. Meantime the research status quo and developing tendency of management modes of coalmines, safety management theories and modes, and safety management theories and modes of coalmines are summarized. Moreover the basic connotations and essential requests are set forth, with theoretical foundations found out including theories of market economy, corporation theory, refined management and safety management. And then the game model of refined coalmine safety management, economic benefit model of safety service charge, and panel-data-analytical-theory-based econometrics model are innovatively constructed, resolving the mechanism of refined coalmine safety management. Particular operating system of this mode is raised including macro-foundation and micro-mechanism.
