Research On The Development Mechanism And Layout Mode Of Marine Circular Economy

Marine circular economy's core content is the efficient recycling use of marine resources and the development of marine industry's circular economy. In the cycle chain, it takes marine industry as the core content then upward and downstream expansion of the industrial chain. The marine circular economy's geographical scope include the ubtidal zone - shallow water - the ocean region, inter-tidal region, supratidal belt - the land area (land-based sector take the coastal city as standard), and islands region. The development mode includes three levels, namely small cycle in marine industry, the middle cycle among the marine industries, the big mode on society levels. It follows the 3R principles of circular economy, that is, reduce, reuse, recycle. The marine eco-industrial park is an important carrier to realize sustainable development.The development of marine circular economy is fit to the marine economy's development and it is the important way to realize sustainable use of marine resource and it is development. About the marine circular economy both home and abroad basically do few research, overseas mainly concentrates on it is correlate research such as cleaner production, circular economy and so on; the domestic scholars summarized their relatively small part and mainly concentrates on theory discussion, appraisal, development mode and so on .The research on marine circular economy is still in the initial exploratory phase, the theoretical system has not yet been formed, the theory of circular economy can not guide the marine circular economy's development.
