Research On The Development Path And Countermeasures Of Marine Economy In Liaoning Province

Marine and marine resources are precious wealth to ensure the sustainabledevelopment of human society,is of great meaning to the development of oursociety.Liaoning province is in the northeast of China a coastal provinces only,theadvantage obviously,and has rich marine resources and economical developmentpotential.Have a certain advantage in the aspects of total marine economy,marine scienceand technology and management and marine fisheries,shipbuilding and transportationindustry and tourism and many other aspects.We can say,Liaoning’s economicdevelopment cannot do without the sea,cannot do without the sustainable development ofmarine economy.The marine economy is very scientific,profound connotation,rich.It has strongcompetitiveness of marine industries,compared with the traditional modern marineeconomy,marine economic development should pay more attention to marinedevelopment and protection to achieve sustainable development in an all-round way,forthe layout of land and sea,development and comprehensive utilization of resources andtechnological innovation application and other related aspects should also improve thedegree of importance of ecological construction,to accomplish resource conservation andprotection marine ecological civilization,which is beneficial to the construction of thesustainable development of the marine economy of Liaoning province.This paper from the emergence and development of marine economy,discusses thestatus of marine economy in modern in the domestic economy.Use the SOWT method tothe development of marine economy in Liaoning Province,the basic conditions and theopportunities and challenges for the strategic analysis,and the main factors affecting themarine economic competitiveness are analyzed and explained.Finally,aiming at thedevelopment of marine economy in Liaoning province at the present stage of theproblem,give some concrete thoughts and suggestions.
