The Development And Distribution Of Marine Economic In Liaoning Province And The Construction Of Coastal Economy Belt

The ocean is rich but has not yet been fully developed treasure trove of resources. Currently, the coastal countries have our eyes to the oceans, to get the resources and to get wealth from the oceans. The marine development is carried gradually throughout of the oceans and seas. The whole process of the society, exchanging, distribution and consumption which are considered to be the marine resources forms the maritime economy in terms of the land, and develop to be an independent economic system which occupies an important position in the national economy. On the other hand, developed economical regions at home and abroad mostly located in the coastal zone. With the advantages of coastal location and resource, they have developed into economic zones with powerful economic impact.The coastal area of Liaoning Province is region of advantages in economic development in Liaoning Province even in the northeastern.How to develop the coastal area of Liaoning Province and how to develop marine economy rationally are the keys to this research.Based on the domestic and foreign study on economic and marine coastal economic belt, this paper uses the theories and methods of human geography, economic geography and regional economics.Then with the development of the marine economy of six coastal economic belt in Liaoning Province, the paper analysis the "five point and one line" in coastal economic zone of Liaoning Province comprehensively and in system.The full text can be divided into two parts which are the study on the strategy of marine economic development and the construction of the coastal economic belt.The paper discusses respectively on the Liaoning province development of marine economy, the mechanism and model of evolution of marine industry functional structure and spatial structure, the changes of the industrial structure in coastal regions, the difference of economic development in the coastal areas of Liaoning Province, the strategy in the development of the " five point and one line " coastal economic zone, and the layout of marine economy in the coastal economic belt.
