As a new social phenomenon, the International entrepreneurship flourish in the international arena highlighted the increasingly important status, which indicates that academic broad prospects for development. Seeking International Entrepreneurship law, Chinese enterprises more focused on the development of international operations for the skills, resources have a stronger international integration of the theory of guiding significance.At present, domestic and foreign entrepreneurs in the international aspects of the study is only a beginning, this area has great study space. Based on the research, analytical, research perspective, the theoretical models and empirical research, carried out the necessary creative research. This article includes five main parts: (1) the basic theory of International Entrepreneurship (2) International Entrepreneurship in the entrepreneurial spirit, (3) International Entrepreneurship and social capital (4) International Entrepreneurship in the market learning and knowledge acquisition (5) An Empirical Study of the international venture. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:International Entrepreneurship refers to the recognition of overseas market opportunities on the basis of creative entrepreneurs in the integration of international resources, initiative and creativity to the value of innovation and change, thus leap-style development of enterprises. International venture is the basic feature: the opportunity to overseas markets is the identification and development of International Entrepreneurship opportunities; leap-style development is a new International Entrepreneurship an important characteristic of creative integration of resources is the resource base of international entrepreneurship; changes in the value of innovation and entrepreneurship of the international strategic idea.The entrepreneurial spirit of a new international entrepreneurship-oriented strategy has a direct positive impact, but on the international level and the international scope of the role is not clear. These shows that, regardless of their own strength and the level of merely relying on entrepreneurial and pioneering spirit and blindly take risks to develop the international market and can not guarantee the success of international operations.Social capital through information features, functionality and cohesion transaction costs savings impact of the three mechanisms to encourage enterprises to accumulate, and create and use of international operations experience and knowledge.
