Compared with individual entrepreneurship,team entrepreneurship can gather more resources,but also reduce the risk of entrepreneurship.Practical and theoretical circles also believe that team entrepreneurship is more likely to succeed than individual entrepreneurship.Therefore,"how to build an entrepreneurial team" has become the focus of many scholars.At the same time,in the highly competitive market economy,the competition of enterprises is the competition of products and technology,but in fact it is the competition of entrepreneurial spirit and the competition of the entrepreneurial team.The entrepreneurial spirit is the gene of the enterprise development and growth,the entrepreneurial team entrepreneurship,is the ideal goal of the construction and integration of the entrepreneurial team.Based on the theory of entrepreneurial team and the theory of top management team,the research framework of entrepreneurial team was established.The framework is studied from the aspects of member heterogeneity,team conflict management,team incentive compensation,team power dispersion and the core members of the transformational leadership behavior.At the same time,based on the theory of entrepreneurship,and builds the research framework of entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial team,which conducts the research from the collective innovation,shared cognition,aggressive cooperation and risk sharing etc..On the basis of a large number of related research,this research puts forward the hypothesis of the relationship between the research factors of entrepreneurial team and entrepreneurial team entrepreneurship.Based on the survey data of small and micro enterprises in Liaoning,the relationship between entrepreneurial team elements and entrepreneurial team entrepreneurship was tested by hierarchical regression analysis.The empirical results show that the change of leadership behavior of the core members of the various levels of entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial team has a significant effect,has a significant impact on entrepreneurial team conflict management team of proactive cooperation and risk sharing,has significant influence on member incentive collective innovation,entrepreneurial team shared cognitive and collaborative spirit,team decentralization all levels of entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial team has a significant effect;adding the adjustment variable "core members of the transformational leadership behavior","elements of entrepreneurial team member heterogeneity and team conflict management,team members incentive compensation and decentralization" variousdimensions of entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial team has a significant effect.Therefore,the small and micro enterprises to cultivate or improve entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial team,can try to select or cultivate members of transformative leadership as a leader of the team;entrepreneurial team members in combination,to try to choose a combination of strong heterogeneity;strengthen entrepreneurial team conflict management;establish incentive mechanism;effective entrepreneurial team members to achieve decentralization.
