Industrial evolution is the forefront problem of the field of industrial economics. The problem of evolution isn't cared mainstream economics which adopts the perspective of static balance. Organizations are regarded as entirely passive objects in evolutionary economics and organizational ecology. These studies are not better explanation to the realities of economic development. Organizations are heterogeneous. Organizations have the ability to adapt to the environment. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to research on organization's evolution and its influence on industrial evolution.Part of literature in existance is concerned only about the question of the evolution of industry. These researchers pointed out that environmental choice was the only determinate factor of industrial evolution. Others considered that organizations have entirely sense to adapt to the environment and achieve organizational change and evolution. It is believed that enviromental choice and organizational adaption are not only determinate factor of industrial evolution in the article. Industrial evolution is determined by both environmental choice and organizational adaption. Industries and organizations are in co-evolution. Subsequently, the process of organization's active adaptation and evolution is analyzed. Organizational change is induced by organizational learning. The change of organizational adaptation is brought on by the mutual influence of organizational change and learning. There is huge difference of types of organizational learning and knowledge in industrial developing stages. Thus it influenced the industrial dynamics of knowledge. Whereafter, the mechanism of conduction of the co-evolution of organizations and industries is farther researched in the article. Organizations'network enriches diversity and novel of industries. Different industrial and organizational evolutionary behaviors are determined by different organizations'network. The precondition of industrial evolution is researched subsequently. Organizational learning and innovation are the main motive power of industrial evolution. At the same time, industries are being chosen as the evolutionary by environment. In the end, industrial dynamics of knowledge is simulated by the model built to validate the conclusion of the article.
