In this paper, the theory of remanufactured product differentiation has been studied to help the manufacturing industry, the consumers and the whole community to improve a correct understanding of remanufactured products, thereby to improve the corresponding decision-making capacity of all parties in the supply chain. For the issues of remanufactured product differentiation, in this research, the research backgrounds were described; and the existing relevant research results were reviewed; at the same time the meaning and arts of remanufactured were introduced, and the theoretical basis of remanufactured were analyzed. On these basis above, further elaborated the meaning and features of remanufactured products. In this paper, the product differentiation, a general sense of the analysis and elaborated the theoretical basis for product differentiation and classification, introduced the product differentiation in the analysis of several types of classical model. Product differentiations are the basis to study the remanufactured product differentiations, so in this paper, there were a general analysis on product differentiations, and the detailed theoretical basses and classifications for product differentiations were elaborated, and several types of classical models to analyze the product differences were introduced as well.At present, the traditional product differentiation models were applied to study the problems of remanufactured product differentiation, but there are limitations to study by this way and in this paper the limitations of studying way have been analyzed and certificated. On base of analysis and certification, a sets of product demand mathematical models that based on products vertical differentiations were built from the product utility theory in this paper; and based on this demand models, this research focused on the price decision-making of new products and remanufactured products when there were vertical differentiations between new products and remanufactured products in the closed-loop supply chain system. By this research, the two equilibrium strategies corresponding with the two different recycle modes that centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making have been achieved; and at the same time,the end-profit mathematical models of the manufacturers, the retailers and the closed-loop supply chain system have been achieved as well in the cases:centralized decision-making,decentralized decision-making and mixed decision-making.The traditional price competition model did not take into account the residual value of products, the analysis and certifications in this paper show the gambling difference of the parties in the closed-loop supply chain after the residual value of products have been taken into account. Several key pricing decision-making models have been established including two types of decentralized pricing model and one decentralized pricing model. The two types of decentralized pricing model were the manufacturer-led retailers-distribution model and the manufacturer-led mixed-distribution model, and the decentralized pricing model was the retailers-led decentralized pricing model; by compared and analyzed various situations, the corresponding strategy models considering the residual value of the product were obtained for the parties in the supply chain to finish decision-making during gambling.When consumer distribution function is non-uniform, the issue of estimation is research for the best location of differential remanufactured product in the market. Then, the market competition strategies are gotten for the remanufacturer related to the market positioning.It is dependence and certain restriction relationship between the output of new manufacturing components and remanufacturing components. This dependence and certain restrictions relationship between the two types component output were studied more in-depth. Through this research, a dynamic gambling model about new manufacturing components and remanufacturing components competing at price and quality in the market have been built under the completely recovery mode; and the first price discrimination and optimal quality level selection strategy have been obtained by new components manufacturers and remanufacturers in closed-loop supply chain. These strategy models have a certain reference value in the decision-making and the gambling for the new components manufacturers and re-manufacturers, and even mixed-manufacturers.
