With the rapid development of economy,the resources on the earth become increasingly deficient.One of the purpose of the closed-loop supply chain management is to maximize the profit of closed-loop supply chain.But in a growing market today,consumers pay more attention to the quality of the products and diversification of demands.So,enterprises in the closed-loop supply chain must make good quality management in the recycling of waste products,including the detection of recycling products and control of remanufactured products quality,in order to make the residual value of the waste products into profit.This paper designed two closed-loop supply chain composed of a main manufacturer and a supplier under master-slave mode,then established a closed-loop supply chain decision model considering the quality factors(recovery quality,inspection level,quality penalty etc.)under uncertain environment.In the model,considering the operation balance of closed-loop supply chain and the maximum of the main manufacturer and supplier profit at the same time,the optimal decision scheme of closed loop supply chain is givenand through the example by a single objective model which can be integrated from the multi-objective model.In addition,this paper also established a robust optimization model of closed-loop supply chain considering quality factors under uncertain reuse rate and one under uncertain demand.The scenario analysis method of robust optimization is used to analyze this model.Simulation examples are given for various uncertain situations.Furthermore,the simulation results of uncertain situation are compared and analyzed to verify the robustness of the solution and model under uncertain environment. |
