Research On The Suppler's Selection And Management In The Environment Of Supply Chain

In the new economic integration situation of the customer demands is personalized and the competition is increasingly fierce, the enterprise competence depends on wether it can make use of other rescorce effectively. Numerous enterprises have changed the role as the interest community to keep strategic partnership with others. In the environment of supply chain, the enterprise depends on customer demands, seeks the strategic supplier parters by scientific method of evaluation and selection rapidly, and implements effective management, the target of the progress is to hoisting its core capacity and obtain competitive advantage. In the view of this, the paper has analysised the suppliers'selection and management in the environment of supply chain, and has constracted the prototype system.At first, the paper described the research status of supplier's selection and management, on the basis of this, study the methods of evaluation, selection and management, the main work included:(1) It definited and the classificated suppliers, and analysised the selecting supplier progress according to supply chain characters. The paper had proposed the method of risk measurement based on describing the risk problem of suppliers'management. It also put forward the solution method of coordination, evaluation and motivation in the suppliers'relation management.(2) The paper proposed the suppliers'comprehensive evaluation based on FAHP, and studied the consistency check of fuzzy judgement matrix, monolayers sorting, gave the numberical example to verify the method validity, and developped the evaluation system by VC based on the proposed method.(3) According to the multi-attributes character of suppliers'selection, paper adopted method of TOPSIS to analysis the mixed multi-attributes evaluation.(4) The supplier selection also needs to be juded by subjective experience, so the paper adopted Case-Based Reasoning of Artifical Intelligent to select the satisfied supplier, following the progress of describing the source case and the target case of supplier selection, and calculating the similarity degree to retrievl the source case.(5) The suppliers'selection is a multi-objective optimization question. It aimed at the minization of time, cost and risk. Based on constracting the objective function, the paper solved the question by genetic algorithm. Meanwhile, according to improve the algorithm, study the selection by fuzzy control conception in numberical example.(6) The paper also studied the frame work of suppliers' selection and management and the relatived technology. On the basis of that, the paper analysised the purpose, the rules, the stracture and the function of constracting the system, and developed the prototype system. In view of the customers demand, and based on the modules of suppliers' selection and management, the system also developed the production management, sales management, purchasing management and inventory management modules to achieve the target of collaborative management among the enterprises.
