Study On Some Key Questions In Decision & Coordination Of Supply Chain

Supply chain is a dynamic alliance which integrates the previous and next enterprise, and is a function networks which need to run in phase. With the business competition of severity increasingly, and the market demand of quicken change, We faced more decision-making questions of supply chain running.One side, The supervisors need to catch key decision-making questions, on the other hand, due to facing complicated decision-making questions, We need to improve their veracity and efficiency of decision-making. In a word, from the worthiness chain and the whole running process in supply chain, we studied and analyzed the key decision-making questions of supply chain running, that possessed important academic and practical meaning.Focusing on some key decision-making questions of supply chain running, quantitative analysis is done in this article. Based on model and parameter hypothesis, constructing model and solving its result, discussion on the results effected by diverse decision-making parameters and subsequent coordinative practice, we studied the tache of supply, produce and sale, whole risk and interest distribution in supply chain, At the same time, Aiming at decision-making questions in complexity, dynamic characteristic and low efficiency with manpower, we constructed a WMAS-SCMDSS system based on Web, and studied further to design a SCM-DEHSS with evaluation and coordination functions.This article innovates in rest with are as follows:(1) From the three taches of supply, production and sale, we studied and analyzed some key problems which could possibly take place in the supply chain. We also discussed the influence on decision-making results from different parameters and purpose. Furthermore we imported the coordination strategy in the process, and provided some coordinative mechanism and solving schemes.(2) Introducing the society average rate of income on investment, we presented a division of earning scheme based on contribution and allocation of risks. At the same time,about how to distribute risks reasonably and how to distribute benefit reasonably in supply chain, we put forward two kinds of coordinative schemes: One is a compensation bargain of risks,the other is a compensation bargain of benefit delay. Furthermore, we described the compensation bargain of risks and compensation bargain of benefit delay using a coordinative mechanism with single ones and aims and more ones and aims, described their alternate coordinative flow.(3) Aiming at decision-making questions in complexity, dynamic characteristic and low efficiency with manpower, we constructed a WMAS-SCMDSS system based on Web, and studied further to design a SCM-DEHSS with evaluation and coordination functions.
