Research On Bidding Evaluation Decision Support System Of Construction Project

Bidding is the important mode of construction project contract in our country, computer aide did decision is of great research value. Bidding evaluation is a vital link of bidding. Reasonable scientific method of evaluation is directly related to the effectiveness and results of the entire bidding, but, a little research has been carried out at present. Bidding decision is of great value. However, a little research has been carried out at present. So this thesis took the bidding evaluation decision as investigation object and tried to establish the bidding evaluation model Based on BP Neural Networks, In essence, it is a comprehensive evaluation method. And focus on the research of bidding evaluation decision support system, so make the evaluation more standardized, rationalization, modernization, this is an important topic in the construction industry to engage in e-commerce.Construction project bidding decision model and its decision support system is studied in this thesis, using the literature survey, analogism, mathematical model, theoretical and empirical combined analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative combined analysis.First, this paper reviews the basic theoretical research of bidding, explains operating status of bidding in China and modern decision theory applications in the bidding evaluation model; Then, systematically introduces construction project biding evaluation and decision support system's basic theory, on this basis, constructs the construction project's biding evaluation index system, analysis index factor from three aspects such as the business assessment, technology assessment and corporate credibility and quality assessment, introduces some common indicators of the weight of the mathematical model; Next, introduces BP neural network into the building project biding evaluation activities and constructs a the bidding evaluation model based on BP Neural Network, meanwhile, carries out the real diagnosis analysis throng the model training and the examination, puts out a objective evaluation as well; Finally, by using computer information technology, designs the architecture, functional modules, processes of bidding evaluation of decision support systems, and tries to establish a multi-method bidding evaluation DSS.The biding model of decision support system promoted in this thesis is practical and universal, and could supply beneficial references in biding of construction industry.
