Job burnout in the existing research is related to individual characteristics of main body, and it is an heterogeneity burnout with group character that there may be more burnout emotional in the group which individual characteristics are not match to job demands in particular occupational. Assimilation burnout with group character is put forward based on the phenomenon that there is inefficiencies of safety output and general burnout of safety supervisors without individual differences in coal mining enterprises, and study on its root causes, performance characteristics & structure, related factors, the formation, and intervention measures and suggestions have been finished in this thesis.Theoretical analysis about assimilation burnout with group character have been finished, and the result shows that the root causes is special attributes of output of safety and bounded functions failure of the group of safety inspectors.The implementation of mission of safety output is with many to one character, output result is with synergistic character, and output target is with conditional character. Game model about output of safety under equilibrium state of enterprises has been constructed based on analysis of characteristics of safety output in coal mine in this thesis, and the result shows that output of enterprise overall safety is inefficient with safety supervision; then, work characteristics of safety supervision was analyzed, a game model between safety supervision and every unit's behavior on output of safety in the organization have been constructed, and the result show that there will be low efficiency characteristics of enterprise's output of safety in the long run without safety supervision. An interpretation model of assimilation burnout with group character under resource theory based on results of game analysis have been constructed which is about that if characteristics of group goal tasks is not match to the community resources of organization, the output of tasks will be inefficient, however, the individual resource of main will not be rewarded because of continued inefficient so that the consumption and frustration sense of main will lead to main's burnout.Three dimensions structure hypothesis of assimilation burnout with group character have been tested by using confirmatory factor analysis method based on the analysis of characteristics and structure of heterogeneity burnout with group character and interviews of coal mine's safety supervisors in this thesis, and the result shows that assimilation burnout with group character contains three dimensions of exhaustion, job alienation and low efficiency of groups. Then, factors of assimilation burnout with group character was analyzed by using structural equation model; and the influences of power resources matched senses, work consumption and return senses of safety supervisors on assimilation burnout with group character have been tested.The formation and proliferation of assimilation burnout with group character have been simulated by using artificial neural networks method and Netlogo based on multi agent-based modeling and simulation, the theory of assimilation burnout with group character and expert findings; the theoretical explanation of assimilation burnout with group character have been validated; and its changes under many parameters have been simulated.General framework of intervention was constructed from perspective of optimizing power and support of safety supervisors. Based on status and external environment of safety management of coal mining enterprises, strategies and recommendations of integrating power of safety supervision, remodeling people-orientation target of legislation, strengthen social supervision to government and enterprise behavior etc. were raised from macro level, and also make decisions aimed at safety output to guide and constrain enterprise, establish management system of cooperation and operation from enterprise level.There are 98 figures, 44tables, and 122 references in this thesis.
