In recent years,with the continuous promotion of the national policy of capacity reduction and supply-side structural reform,the pressure on social competition of energy enterprises has been increasing and the workload has been continuously enhanced.Employees have been suffering from physical and mental fatigue,decreased work enthusiasm,depressed mood,and reduced sense of accomplishment.It not only brings physical and mental damage to the staff,but also lays hidden dangers for the healthy development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on staff job burnout and propose corresponding countermeasures,both for the development of enterprises and individual employees.Based on a comprehensive review of the relevant theoretical research on burnout at home and abroad,this paper adopts a combination of questionnaire and in-depth interviews to take the employees of Handan F Group as the research object.The author measures job burnout from three dimensions,emotional exhaustion,deindividualization and reduced sense of accomplishment and conducts a quantitative analysis on the current status and the causes of job burnout of employees of F group.Then Suggestions and countermeasures for preventing and alleviating the job burnout of employees of F group are put forward.The study found that the job burnout of F group employees was generally at a moderate level.Among the three dimensions measured,emotional exhaustion and deindividuation are more prominent,and the degree of personal sense of accomplishment is relatively light.Studies with demographic factors as variables show that the differences in marital status are significantly related to the dimension of deindividuation.The differences in job positions are significantly related to the dimensions of emotional exhaustion.The differences in working years are significantly related to the dimensions of emotional exhaustion deindividuation.The causes of job burnout of employees in F group mainly include three aspects: individual,work and organization.Among them,workload,work environment,organizational fairness and organizational support have a deeper impact on employees' job burnout.Based on the investigation of the current situation and the analysis of the causes,the author proposesto prevent and alleviate the job burnout of F group employees from several aspects,such as adjusting their status,reducing the burden of employees,improving working environment and providing fair opportunities for the organization.
