With the development of market-oriented economy and the deeper reform of our corporate, the standard of performance is getting higher and the employees are given more responsibilities and obligations, which puts lots of psychological pressure onto the employees. As time passes, employees are filled with occupational tiredness. Not only the professional sluggish sense causes problems to employees’physical and mental health, but lower their occupational satisfactory, which leads to lower working efficiency, and then jeopardizes the productivity of the entire corporate, which results in hindering the long-term development and economic results of the firm. Therefore, it is of great importance that the research of occupational burnout in such a critical stage in the process of the enterprise transformation. On one hand, through the analyzing the causes of the job tiredness, the corporate and society can act appropriately to the situation, ease and prevent the occupational sluggish sense; one the other hand, relieving the job burnout can stimulate the enthusiasm to work and improve the productivity and finally accelerate the development and economic benefits of the entire corporate.This article starts with employees’job burnout sense, through various researches and analysis, summarizes the root causes of the occupational tiredness, and then proposes corresponding solutions to relieve and prevent them. In addition, the writer comments on the creative method and weakness of the research and comes up with the follow-up plans of this research.
