Abstract/Summary:
In the 21st century,China is in a critical period of economic transformation and upgrading.If the country wants to change the mode of economic development,it is n ecessary to improve the quality of workers.Vocational education provides a broad plat form for the implementation of the two strategies of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country with talents.Therefore,the state s trongly supports the development of vocational education.However,with the continuou s reform of domestic vocational education teaching system and education mode,the so urce of school students is increasing day by day,and the teaching tasks and responsib ilities of secondary vocational school teachers are increasing day by day.Job burnout is easy to occur in work,which affects the improvement of vocational education teach ing quality.Teachers’ job burnout can be alleviated by the implementation of school e ducation,which can help teachers’ job burnout.Therefore,it is particularly important f or the development of Vocational Education in the new era to explore the relationship between secondary vocational school organizational climate,teachers’ teaching efficacy and teachers’ job burnout.On the basis of combing the literature at home and abroad,this thesis explores t he relationship between school organizational climate,secondary vocational school teac hers’ sense of teaching efficacy and teachers’ job burnout,and puts forward the theoret ical model of "secondary vocational school organizational climate-sense of teaching efficacy-teachers’ job burnout".A questionnaire survey was conducted among teacher s in four secondary vocational schools in H city.Through the reliability and validity a nalysis,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the collecte d questionnaire,and through the establishment of a model through structural equation,the relationship between the organizational climate of secondary vocational schools,tea chers’ sense of teaching effectiveness and teachers’ job burnout was verified.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The organizational climate of secondary vocational schools has a negative i mpact on Teachers’ job burnout.(2)The organizational climate of secondary vocational schools has a positive im pact on Teachers’ teaching efficacy(3)Secondary vocational teachers’ teaching efficacy has a negative impact on Te achers’ job burnout.(4)The sense of teaching efficacy of secondary vocational teachers can play an intermediary role between the organizational climate of secondary vocational schools a nd teachers’ job burnout.
