According to the related data for the two years, we know that the proportion of dependence on foreign oil has been more than 50% in China and the economy development depends on oil more and more heavily. At the same time, the competition will become more fierce for China Oil Industry at the same time along with the coming of large foreign oil companies. So how to win the competitive advantages in the international oil market and improve the capability of China oil industry chain is the most important. The effective way to resolve the above problems is to deal with the cooperation and competition among the national oil companies. Then, the research on the co-opetition relationship is necessary.The following is the main component in the article.First, the analysis about co-opetition theories. According to the study and analysis about the core theories about co-opetition, the paper depicts the strategy routes which could change game and achieve win-win by means of and analyzes the industry conditions, mode choice, the key points and process of co-opetition which provides theoretical supports for the whole study.Second, the analysis about co-opetition s space and key points of China oil companies. According to the study on the oil industry situation, we know that there are so many opportunities whether for the oil companies or co-opetition strategy implantation. The paper presents the national oil companies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats on the basis of the real situation which provides the possible critical point for co-opetition;Third, the foundation of co-opetition dynamic model among national oil companies. The dynamic model of co-opetition is found from the perspective of industry chain on the basis of analyzing the co-opetition from the different dimensions. The model of co-opetition performance is proposed to evaluate the co-opetition performance, and the model of co-opetition interests distribution based on cooperative game is found to ensure the co-opetition continuity. At last, an empirical analysis is given to test the dynamic model;Fourth, the study about co-opetition strategy among China's state oil companies. The co-opetition strategy is put forward mainly based on three aspects: the value chain, the oil industry chain and trade management and organizations promotion. On the co-opetition strategy based on value chain, the article which drawn national oil companies value chain sets up Participators strategy, Added values strategy, Rules strategy, Tactics strategy, Scope strategy, value chain to try to find measures and method of co-opetition from the perspective of the value chain; On the co-opetition strategy based on oil industry chain, the article designs the co-opetition strategy on overall ideas, upstream and downstream business, international business, sales business, pipeline and oil price business and tries to put forward the related strategies through the co-opetition of specific business analysis; On the co-opetition strategy based on trade management and organizations promotion, the article promoted the government management and policies promotion and built two aspects of ensure strategy of organizational systems.
