Influence Of "Guanxi" Culture On Considering Elements Of Partnership Venturing Partner Selection

According to statistics, more than two-thirds of enterprises adopt the operation business model of partnership in the world. Proper Partnership Venturing Partner Selection(PVPS) is the key factor for partnership venturing enterprises'success. A great many of survey results indicate that venture activities of people are involved in certain social and cultural environment, cultural elements must have effect on venture activities and process by venture entrepreneurs. The traditional researches lack focus on entrepreneurial background, under the transformation period background, market economy system was still far from completion."GuanXi"is still the main form of getting all kinds of crucial and complementary resources when entrepreneur of partnership venturing enterprises select partners. As Chinese Societies'important phenomenon , researchs on"GuanXi"culture have gradually become one of international academy's main topics. Therefore, the considering elements of Chinese Societies'partnership venturing partner selection must be affected by"GuanXi"culture, which must be synthetically considered on the context of the embedded"GuanXi"culture during the whole process, and has important significance both in theory and practice. We need to draw on the past research results of venturing economics, sociology, psychology and philosophy. This thesis makes a positive attempt on it.This study aims to discuss the influence of"GuanXi"culture on considering elements of partnership venturing partner selection.Based on the analysis of Chinese Socio-cultural"GuanXi"orientation, this study proposes that"GuanXi"culture is the necessary situation on affecting considering partner selection of partnership venture. This study takes the"GuanXi"culture of partnership venture as a potential precondition on the overall course of explanation on the impact of"GuanXi"cultures on consideration in partnership venturing partner selection, the combination of dialectic perspective empirical study as the logical framework.First of all, this paper proposes a model of considering elements system on partnership venturing partner selection by the method of"WuLi-ShiLi-RenLi"complex system, based on the characters of venturing process, and the evaluating and selecting index system is established, which lays the foundation for further study.Secondly, this paper establishes a model of subculture system of"GuanXi"culture based on partnership venture oriented. Three types of subculture are proposed by the method of historical materialism"Structure-Mechanism-Function"analytic procedure, which are structure element subculture, mechanism element subculture and function element subculture, and fixes specific measurement index which provides necessary frameworks for following content.Thirdly, this paper establishes a theoratical model on the influence of"GuanXi"culture on considering PVPS based on the two element models. Moreover, this paper analyzed how the structure element subculture, mechanism element subculture and function element subculture influence on partnership venturing partner selection, some hypotheses are expressed.Fourthly, this paper makes an empirical analysis based on the theoratical model by using survey questionnaire, interview and structural equation model on 812 relative persons from seven provinces, its conclusion indicates the existence of the influence of"GuanXi"culture on considering PVPS and verifies the theoratical hypothesis:"GuanXi"structure subculture had a positive effect on integrating the resources efficiently, irregularity of the management and private relationship handling;"GuanXi"mechanism subculture had a positive effect on integrating the resources efficiently, irregularity of the management;"GuanXi"had a positive effect on integrating the resources efficiently.At last, this paper establishes 4C model system on considering PVPS which including main model based on"GuanXi"culture and submodels based on"GuanXi"structure subculture, mechanism subculture and functional subculture respectively based on the theoratical dialectic and empirical results,accordingly, puts forward some suggestions of considering PVPS in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for venturing management practice.
