Research On The Impact Of Guanxi Culture On The Stability Of Entrepreneurial Supply Chain Partnership

With the increasingly fierce of competition, supply chain alliances play a more and more important role in today's market. The alliance of supply chain cooperators will do benefit to the running of logistics flow, capital flow and information flow throughout the supply chain by improving its efficiency and reducing the transaction costs. Especially, when some of the supply chain members are in entrepreneurial conditions, the supply chain cooperation will promote mutual learning, explore business potential and improve resource allocation efficiency among members and form synergies to respond to the entrepreneurial risk better.In this paper, the meaning of the stability of entrepreneurial supply chain partnership (SESCP) is defined and it is divided into three dimensions (the resources contribution degree, cooperation coordination degree and the personnel intimacy degree) according to "Wuli-Shili-Renli" (WSR) system methodology. On addition, GUANXI culture is analyzed to be consisted of GUANXI foundation, GUANXI principle and GUANXI benefits according to historical materialism "structure-mechanism-function" (SMF). Some elements of SESCP and GUANXI are also presented for further research.The impact mechanism of the factors of GUANXI on SESCP is analyzed. On this basis, some hypotheses are given. According to that, some investigated questionnaire are designed and distributed to related persons to test the hypotheses. Then a structural equation model (SEM) is built to deal with the statistics. SPSS16.0 and Amos7.0 are chosen to be the analytical software. At last, some suggestions are proposed based on GUANXI culture on the consideration of offering references to enhance the stability of the entrepreneurial supply chain partnership and improve the supply chain competitiveness of our native enterprises.
