In the late 1990s, competitions among companies are becoming gradually severer and demands of customers are upgrading continuously. As a result, accurate prediction is hard to be made for companies confronting this changing market; Additionally, almost no company has the capability to grow the top best in the industry owing to the limited resources. Under this circumstance, advantage complementation is vital for each company to enhance their core competition. So enterprises should establish Supply Chain Alliance to reduce the risk of enterprises and enhance the competition of enterprises. Undoubtedly, partner selection and partnership will have a great impact on Supply Chain Alliance performances. Therefore, in this paper, we use empirical research methods to verify the relationship between these three. In this paper, we first introduced the basic theory of the Supply Chain Alliance, which made us have a comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Alliance; Secondly, based on the literature reading, the article studied the index structure of partner selection, partnership and supply chain alliances performances and raised three theoretical assumptions on relationship of partner selection, partnership and alliances performances; Thirdly, based on the above mentioned, we refined the measurement scale of partner selection, partnership and alliances performances. The article confirms the measurement scale by the confirmatory factor analysis and use AMOS to estimating the entire structure of the model fitting; Finally, we proposed the conclusion of the studying which will be helpful for domestic companies to build and manage the Supply Chain Alliance. The article suggests that when building Supply Chain Alliance, domestic companies should not only pay more attention to the selection of partner, but foster good partnership.
