Research On The Total Quantity Controling Objectives Of Coal Mining Under The Constraint Of Carbon Emissions

Focusing on the problem of China’s coal total control target, the urgency and necessity of total control, influence factors, the coal trade situation, as well as the relation between total control targets and carbon reduction is studied in the paper. Through the analysis on China’s economic development over the next decade, the scale of energy demand, the evolution of the structure of energy consumption, carbon emission reduction targets test and the ability of coal imports, the total coal consumption and total production control objectives based on the carbon emission constraints of the next decade were presented from the point of view of supply and demand balance and the practice of carbon emission reduction targets. On this basis, respectively, from the consumer side, the supply side, and alternative energy angle, we made an analysis on coal total control of the implementation path, and made relevant policies and proposals, provided a reference for the relevant state departments to develop and implement total control of coal.
