In recent years,the Haze in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become increasingly serious and has seriously affected people's lives and health.Changing the current mode of economic growth and taking the road to a low carbon economy have become inevitable.So,what factors promote haze emissions?Which industries are the main sources of smog emissions?Which energy consumption has caused haze?Obviously,these issues must be clarified in order to address the haze in a targeted maimer.In addition,the nature of haze as a companion to economic growth is undesired output and should be taken into account when measuring total factor productivity in green.Then,if we consider the haze,how will the green total factor productivity of all industries change?Which industries have higher quality of economic growth?Which industries are in urgent need of economic growth?Obviously,only by clarifying these issues can we make an objective assessment of the quality of economic growth in various industries,and we can only implement the work of energy conservation and emission reduction.Answers to the above questions will form the focus of this study.Through consulting a large number of documents,the research ideas of this paper are as follows:First,the major components of smog emitted from energy consumption are measured using the energy consumption and emission factors of various industries;and the logarithmic average Dim sum index decomposition method(LMDI)will be used for emissions.The quantitative changes are divided into five factors:energy structure,energy intensity,industrial structure,economic development level,and population.This enables people to have a comprehensive understanding of the major components of smog emitted by various industries due to various energy sources.Then,using the main component of haze as an undesired output,using data envelopment analysis(DEA),and the directional distance function(SBM)and Malmquist index model,measure the green total factor productivity(GTFP)of each industry,and Compare with the green total factor productivity without the main component of haze as undesired output,so as to make a more objective assessment of the economic growth quality of various industries.Due to space limitations,this article will only take Beijing Industry as an example to conduct the above empirical analysis.Through calculation and factorization of primary sources of SO2,NOx,and PM2.5 emitted by various industrial industries in Beijing,the results show that:SO2 emitted by various industrial sectors is the largest,followed by NOx,and PM2.5 emitted directly is less;The improvement of energy structure and the decline of energy intensity are the main reasons for the reduction of the three.The increase in the level of economic development and the expansion of total population is always an increase factor,and the abatement potential of industrial structure optimization remains to be tapped.In terms of different industries,non-metallic mineral products industry has always been a major emitter.In terms of sub-energy sources,coal is still the most widely used energy source.However,the dependence of coal on the coal industry has made important contributions to the reduction of coal emissions.Taking the major component of haze as an undesired output,the green total factor productivity of various industrial sectors was measured.The results showed that the average annual growth rate of Beijing Industrial GTFP in 2005-2015 was 4.4%,and technological progress was the main factor for the growth of GTFP.Looking at the stages,during the "11th Five-Year Plan" period,the average annual growth rate of GTFP is 0.3%,and the average annual growth rate of GTFP during the“12th Five-Year Plan" period is 8.7%.The quality of economic growth has improved significantly in the later stage,while contributing The biggest factor is also technological progress.In terms of sub-industries,the growth quality of electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing,pharmaceutical manufacturing and other industries is relatively high,while the growth quality of mining,black,nonferrous metal smelting and rolling processing,gas production and supply industries is relatively poor.Finally,based on the empirical analysis conclusions,some specific recommendations were made on how to save energy and reduce emissions and achieve high-quality economic growth.
