Coal industry plays a great role in economy development according to the position of coal in primary energy consumption structure. Nowdays high cost,low efficiency and poor reliability are some characteristics of coal mining enterprise logistics. But coal production logistics is one of the key part of coal enterprise logistics, and its condition can decide coal cost, production and efficiency. Main logistics is coal flow transporting from coal face to groud which is the key and core of coal production logistics, has a very important position in the mine production management activities.Accordingly it is essential to apply modern logistics management theory and computer simulatioin techniques to identify system bottleneck,plan or optimize the mine production main logistics by simulating dynamic behavior of mine production main logistics.In short mine production logistics study can low production cost, improve mine production capacity and efficiency,guarantee production safety and enhance enterprise competitiveness.It has defined content of mine production logistics which can be divided into main logistics and supporting logistics according to mine production system analysis. Main logistics system is a process which the mining coal of underground is transported from the face through the mining area, roadway and other transportation to the ground coal bunker. Main logistics system is made up of coal face production system, district transport system, main haulage roadway transport, main shaft transport, and shaft coal pocket. It has draw a conclusion that main logistics is a hybrid system according to the coal production methods and environmental conditions. Its hybrid is mainly reflected in the diversity and hybrid of the logistics facilities and equipment, the hybrid of the logistics process, the hybrid of the logistics structure, the hybrid of the logistics space, the hybrid of the logistics operations. The mine production main logistics system is divided into the overall structure layer, function layer, process layer and device layer in accordance with hybrid hierarchical structure, According to hierarchical modeling idea and network of the main logistics system. It has draw hierarchical modeling and method for hierarchical model of mine production main logistics system according to its dynamic behaviors of continuous and discrete and its processes. The mine production main logistics system is divided into four functional modules which are mine production system of the face, underground coal bunker storage and transportation system, intermittent transportation system and continuous transportation system according to composition of it and its structural relationship. And the whole structure HPN model of mine production main logistics system is built. the whole structure HPN model of mine production main logistics system includes the HPN model of production process in the mine face, the HPN model of continuous transportation system, the HPN model of district rail transport system, the HPN model of hoisting system and the HPN model of coal pocket system. the HPN model of production process in the mine face includes fully-mechanized coal winning face HPN model in no-fault state and the random state mine face HPN model. the HPN model of continuous transportation system includes the HPN models of single-conveyor series, multi-conveyor series and multi-branch convergence system. the HPN model of district rail transport system includes single district rail transport system HPN model, muti-district rail transport system basing on rail resource competition. the HPN model of coal pocket system includes continuous transport-coal pocket-continuous transport, continuous transport-coal pocket-discrete transport, discrete transport-coal pocket-continuous transport and discrete transport-coal pocket-discrete transport.Practical application has been given of HPN model simulation basing on Pingmei Shikuang mine production main logistics.System bottle neck has been identified as main haulageway of east side district in E group coal, buffer system of main shaft coal pocket for E group coal,main inclined shaft transport system for F coal group.Solutions has been put forward to system bottleneck and improvement effect has been brought out by simulation.As a result of simulation and improvement show that transport system has been simplified, transport capacity has been enhanced from2.7million to about3.1million, system link match rationally, probability of full and empty coal pocket futher to low. utilization of tape further to balance and efficiency of the main shaft upgraded.In conclusion,it states that mine production main logistcs system simulation study can simulate dynamic production process, identify bottleneck,optimize system,enhace capacity and efficiency,low logistcs cost, guarantee safe production,and provide theory direction and practice reference for coal production consequently.
