Due to the mixing of production line machinery manufacturing enterprises have somecharacteristics, as the process is complex, the product of frequent switching, the productionrhythm is difficult to balance,etc. So the traditional production management mode is difficultto process plan management in an all-round way, more difficult to achieve optimization in itsproduction efficiency and manufacturing cost. And the production of the development of themanufacturing system modeling and simulation technology, it can quickly find the existingproblems in the production process and improve, for the mixed production line cost controland provides a very effective method of optimization.Based on Witness simulation software, the chongqing dajiang industry group coalhydraulic support rod production line equipment manufacturing company in simulationmodeling, and puts forward the final optimization scheme, in order to achieve theoptimization of production, improve equipment efficiency, improve production lineproduction ability goal, to provide basic theory and method support for the cost control.First of all, this paper applies research methods of industrial engineering of hydraulicsupport production logistics status of piston rod production line, equipment parameters,production product collection, research and analysis in detail, and based on this realproduction data, the piston rod production line simulation model is established.Secondly, combining with the established production line model and the maincharacteristics of the piston rod production line, using parametric dynamic simulation,mathematical statistics, such as technology, the dynamic simulation model of operation, andthe whole line of production line production capacity, production load and so on has carriedon the statistical analysis of the key equipments.
