The construction of ecological civilization has become a pressing matter of the moment for China’s sustainable development, an important and urgent task. How to practice in accordance with the requirements of scientific outlook on development, development, blaze a path of ecological civilization, in order to achieve sustainable economic and social development, is a major problem for our country development, is also the focus of academic research. The development of ecological civilization construction is closely related to the quality of future human living environment and quality of life and other vital interests, and the construction of ecological civilization is the strong guarantee for regional sustainable development. All these things make us feel more and more in-depth study and evaluation on the construction of ecological civilization has been crunch time. We must establish a set of scientific, complete, applicable, theory and evaluation method for realizing ecological civilization, ecological civilization and progress on the effective assessment, monitoring and timely warning. However, the theory and practice of the ecological civilization is still at the exploratory testing stage.
