The Emission Of Solid Wastes In Rural Area And Its Revention And Control Strategy

Discharging of rural solid waste, not only do serious damage to the atmospheric environment, water environment and soil environment, but also indirectly do harm to human health. Based on the peasant household solid waste discharge behavior as the breakthrough point, this paper explores the effective way of China’s rural solid waste pollution control.Based on fully understanding of the theory of peasant household solid waste discharge behavior, this paper has summarized the domestic and foreign research about the theoretical and empirical aspects of solid waste discharge behavior, determined the connotation about the theory of farmer’s wastes discharge behavior. This paper makes a systematic analysis on the emission and treatment status of China’s rural solid waste. Further, based on the TPB theory and combined with the theoretical study and analysis of the results of literature, this paper has built a conceptual model of peasant household solid waste discharge behavior, and in order to investigate the peasant household in Cangzhou city of Hebei Province as an example of results, this paper uses the AMOS data analysis tool to make the assumptions of the model tested. On this basis, according to the practical means of peasant household solid waste pollution, this paper uses Two-stage evaluation dichotomous virtual market method, and explores the willingness of farmers to pay in rural solid waste treatment project to improve rural environment.The results showed that,(1) the attitude to behavior of peasant household solid waste discharge has a significantly positive effect on "subjective norm" and "emission behavior intention";(2) subjective norm has a significantly negatively effect on "emission behavior intention";(3) subjective norm has a significantly positive effect on " perceived behavior control " and perceived behavior control has a significantly positive effect on emission behavior intention.
