Research On The Design And Effect Evaluation Of Coal Mine Safety Sign

The safety signs are widely used in safety management and daily life,which is applied to instruct and manage people,safety behavior. As a series of rules and compulsory standards about the safety sign and its establishment and application have gone through, the application to safety signs becomes more and more universal and relevant rules about the safety signs tend to be stricter and more detailed. But in the actual production of life, the designation,setting, and effect evaluation of safety signs are still exist many problems. In view of this situation, this paper through the analysis of Yunjialing coal mine, focusing on the coal mine enterprises, conduct a more in-depth study of the design and assessment of effects of coal mine safety signs.The idea of this research is first to find safety marks, signs, studies each industry enterprise safety signs, security itself characteristic and the study of combination and safety signs references, reference standards or materials, design safety records in the basic research of the above three contents, evaluation index and to study safety marks, finally, according to evaluation index of safety signs on the safety of the logo design that the effects test. The key technology is the basis of design of coal mine safety signs, research steps is starting from the "safety behavior 2-4 model", unsafe actions of different location research of coal mine production staff, in the foundation to find the corresponding unsafe actions, combined with the safety sign itself characteristic effect and combination research and safety sign design standards, the design of safety signs.(1)In this paper, the author comparatively studies on the review of research and related standards,and analyzes the basis of coal mine safety signs design and their necessity;then five basis are obtained,namely the level of laws and regulations related,three violations of workers,safety risks in the workplace,accidents and visual management status.(2)In the coal mine of violation records, hidden investigation records, accident case records as the foundation, with the statistics of the coal mine coal working face, the Deputy wellhead operation unit and machine electric welding workshop, count data and accident hidden danger. Among them, in the analysis of the coal mining face, because of its complex working environment, the according to the working conditions and the technological process of pumping unit is divided into mobile substation, scraper conveyor, belt unit operation unit, advanced support operation unit and coal mining operations in the face of unit.(3)From signage and visual set-management aspects are analyzed in turn divided signage management license plates and two types of safety signs, which focuses on security identity but also because of the operation or the focus on safety and makes a distinction between so-called focused operation refers to the smooth operation of the task, and safety tips on successful completion of the task in the process, focusing on security refers simply to remind the danger, accident or injury type. Focused operations signage, mainly refers to personal responsibility and safety rules safety signage signage, safety signage focused mainly refers to occupational hazards inform licensing, fire safety signs, and safety hazards and potential harm based on set identification.(4)In order to evaluate the effect of safety signs designed, evaluation indicators system of coal mine safety signs have been established,namely the position, color, brightness, size, pattern, text messages, typography, attention, hazard perception, safety tips, safety knowledge, safety awareness, safety habits. And at last, the effect of safety signs of Yunjialing coal mine new designed is evaluated. And on the basis of the design of the coal mine safety signs questionnaire designed type questionnaire, the questions of the form, number, and type of content. Analysis of the questionnaire reliability and validity, reliability survey found relatively high, a good criterion-related validity.(5)Established to mark the effect of coal mine safety assessment system based on the use of questionnaires, the new design of the safety signs Yunjialing mine impact assessment carried out, the assessment from the category of workers, age, work experience, education level whether in the area of work safety signs, whether through accidents, whether through the relevant safety training seven aspects were integrated assessment, draw all kinds of other statistics, drawn into a line chart. And then verify the validity of the new design of safety signs.(6)Through the questionnaire, the safety signs of machine electric welding workshop and the mining coal working surface of each region was evaluated, and finally drawing the following results: the satisfaction of management for the safety signs is 78%; the satisfaction of workers for the safety signs is 75.7%; the satisfaction of workers in all age for the safety signs is more than 70%; all education level of employee is satisfied on the safety signs, and with the level of education increasing,the satisfaction increase as well; the satisfaction of employee with less than 5 years working experience is 77.9%, and the 5~10 years of work experience is 75.8%, and 10 years or above working experience is 81.6%; satisfaction of employee received the safety the training is 81.9%; untrained staff satisfaction is only 51.2%; satisfaction of employee experienced incidents is 79.6%, not yet experienced accidents is 77.4%; satisfaction of workers working at the fixed place where safety signs settings is 87.3%, and the satisfaction of the flow ones is just 66.8%.
