This paper prepared the regularity of the large area of silver nanoparticle wires and Fe3O4 nanowires by using liquid bridge contraction and liquid film shrinkage which are based on the principle of wettability of solid surface and the difference wettability surfaces. We used silver and Fe3O4 nanoparticles as assembly materials. The influence of various factors on the structure and morphology of nanowires was studied. A series of silver nanoparticles / polymer composite nanowires with coaxial structure were prepared by the method of twice dewetting in a layer of polymer on the surface of silver nanoparticles. A device for testing the electrical conductivity of nano wires was designed, and the resistance of the synthesized silver nanoparticles and the silver nanoparticles / polymer composite nanowires were determined.The research results show that the good hydrophobicity is the necessary condition for the preparation of metal nanoparticles by liquid bridging. Two tips of silicon surface spindle type micro column structures can be good induction and depends on the orientation of the liquid bridge to the tip micro column structure with silicon pulling direction and the surface of a silicon wafer induced effect on the formation of liquid bridge. Surface of a silicon wafer spindle type micro column spacing is less than 50 m, micro column’s width less than 80 m of silicon is the preparation of large-scale nanowire is the ideal substrate. The diameter of the nanowires can be controlled by adjusting the concentration of the nanoparticle solution, and the thickness of the coating layer can be controlled by adjusting the concentration of the polymer solution.Due to the polymer in contact with organic solvents will swel, the use of outer polymer swel ing will the inner silver particles produced pressure caused a change in electrical resistance characteristics and nanowires as the detecting element can be detection of organic gas. The nanowire detectors we prepared have good response time, can be erased, detection range and detection limit. The combination of principal component analysis can accurately distinguish various organic gases.The similar miscibility principle, through molecular design synthesized containing sulfonic acid groups, such as hydroxyl, carboxyl different polymers. They are made with coaxial silver nanoparticles / polymer one-dimensional nano composite line, and to make the device, to achieve the rapid detection of methanol and ethanol mixture components in proportion to the content.The preparation of Fe3O4 nano wires has a high ratio of length to width, so when the structures in the magnetic field and the magnetic field to form different angles, the magnetization will be different. Using this kind of magnetic anisotropy, it is possible for us to realize the localization of the direction of the geomagnetic field.
