Coal is an important foundation energy in our Country. Coal production is the supporting industry for economic and social development. With the continuous expansion of coal mining scale and rapid development of related production activities, the coal mine production safety problems become increasingly prominent and need to be resolved. Adopting effective security measures, scientific and rational management of the production process, is a necessary prerequisite and effective way to protect the safe production of coal mining enterprises and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.Coal seam water injection is one of the effective measures to mine safety issues, such as dust prevention,rock burst prevention, prevention of coal and gas outburst, spontaneous combustion prevention as well as improving top coal caving. However, coal seam water injection is also a complex engineering affected by numerous factors, the benefit of coal seam water injection is affected by its physical and mechanical properties,burial depth,coal fracture gap characteristics,and development degree of coal seam fracture gap, the implementation and effectiveness of coal seam water injection engineering is determined by parameter index. Therefore, analysis of influencing factors of coal seam water injection, scientific and dynamic management of water injection project, is the primary key to effective implementation of coal seam water injection project, coal mine safe production, and improve economic efficiency of coal enterprises.In this paper,on the basis of deep study on basic coal seam water injection theory and project management processes, to improve the benefit of coal seam water injection, taking influencing factors of coal seam water injection as analysis objects, focusing on dynamic process management of coal seam water injection, combining the methods of theoretical model innovation research, application system design and construction, and analysis and empirical, it comprehensively and systematicly analyzes and demonstrates the benefit analysis of coal seam water injection, dynamic management of injection process, injection parameter solvers and optimization. It hopes to be helpful for coal enterprises to enhance the enthusiasm of injection policy adopted, to protect the scientific validity of enterprise security investments, and to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. The main contents are as follows:(1) It analyzes of coal seam water injection benefit factors, selectes factors indicators, devides levels of coal seam water injection benefit, provides the injection decisions according to the different benefit levels, builds a coal injection benefit analysis model to provide the basis for final injection benefit decisions for coal enterprises.(2) For no more than 15m coal seam water injection process, it builds a coal seam water injection dimensional dynamic management model with near-optimal adjustable parameters.Through the management model,it realizes the dynamic description of coal seam water injection project, parameters correction and optimization,and scientific management and benefit optimization of water injection project.(3) Based on the coal seam water injection benefit analysis model, coal seam water injection dynamic management model, fully integrated information theory and wireless communication technology, it builds a coal seam water injection dynamic management information system. The system combines coal seam water injection benefit analysis, scientific decision, information collection, dynamic management and optimization fully in one.(4) According to the actual data from mine production site, it verifies the scientific and effectiveness of the coal seam water injection benefit analysis model, coal seam water injection dynamic management model through the coal seam water injection dynamic management information system. It acturally verifies coal seam water injection benefit preanalysis, dynamic management of coal face injection, and injection parameters optimization, validates correctness and scientific of the model and system, and their practical guiding significance for coal seam water injection project management.
