China has a rish and wide resources of mines.In recent years,with the development of mine safety technology,more and more mature mine accidents are gradually reducing.However,mine gas,dust and fire still pose a serious threat to the safety of coal mines.Therefore,we need to constantly study mine safety technology to ensure safe production in mines and create a good working environment for workers.With the improvement of mechanization for the coal mines,coal face will produce a large amount of coal dust in the mining process,which poses a serious threat to mine safety production and the life and health of workers.Therefore,we study on the Kailuan Lvjituo 5424 Z coal mining face implementation of coal seam hydrostatic injection technology.Based on the comprehensive investigation of the influence for water content in coal seam and on the initial velocity of coal gas emission,the influence of coal gasification,gas release and coal spontaneous combustion parameters,we design the industrial basic test to optimize the technical parameters of hydrostatic injection.The hydrostatic injection was carried out on site,Pressure water injection technology for the prevention and control of dust,gas effect.The results are very significanct to reduce the number of gas overrun,prevent spontaneous combustion in goaf and improve the frontline working environment.
