Petrochemical industry is the basis for the production of energy and important raw materials industry, at the same time, with a high temperature and pressure, inflammable and explosive, poisonous and harmful, prone to major accidents. Therefore, add the gas detection alarm system to the design of petrochemical plan, continuous monitoring the gas leak of installation or storage and transmission facilities in the surrounding, which is one of the important measures to protect the safety of equipment and personnel life, and the gas detector can be detected correctly, has a very close relationship with the installation locationOn the basis of summarizing current research at home and abroad, according to the characteristics of China’s petrochemical enterprises, this paper puts forward a set of hazard analysis and classification method based on the theory of the risk, and according to the dimension theory, numerical simulation and field test, established the gas diffusion model of a one-dimensional heavy gas and two-dimensional lightweight gas, at the same time,proposed the determination of gas detector point, which has important theory value and practical significance for the petrochemical enterprises combustible and toxic gas leakage prevention and control research Thesis research results obtained as follows:(1)Based on the risk theory, this paper comes to the conclusion a risk theory method that using the HAZOP to qualitative analysis the leaking point and combined with fault tree / Dow F&EI index method to qualitative analysis dangerous leak,which laid the foundation for the hierarchical control of source of leaks and optimal placement of the gas detector.(2)Using the method of risk method, to determine the different hazards risk value of the LPG spherical tank area.(3)On the basis of dimensional theory, applied the risk theory to the leakage of gas diffusion, established one-dimensional heavy gas concentration diffusion model. Through the orthogonal experiment to the quantitative model, deduced the one dimensional concentration of heavy gas diffusion model.(4)Using one dimensional concentration of heavy gas diffusion model, optimized the installation position of combustible gas detector in the LPG spherical tank in a petrochemical company, put forward a more accurate than the specification layout plan.(5) According to the numerical simulation theory, studied the leakage diffusion regularity of the lightweight gas in closed shop, concluded that the two-dimensional lightweight gas diffusion model, and based on the mode, put forward the reasonable range of lightweight combustible gas detector layout.
