The station of the passenger dedicated line (PDL) is the node and the centre of the PDL, the capacity of the PDL system will be influenced by the effective of the station technical operation directly. The construction of PDL in china is rapid development, the facility and the organizational mode is quite different from conventional rail. It is necessary to do study on station technical operation organization, analyzing the rationality of the layout of the station, get the capacity and the influence between different operations by using computer simulation. The study on the simulation of PDL is very important to the station design and operation.This paper references the outcome of the past research and adopts the systematic view and analogy, using the method of system simulation, with applying such correlative theories as transport organizing, computer simulation, optimization theory and statistics, etc, to study deeply on the features of the operation of PDL stations and establish the model for PDL station technical operation system, establish the model of route arrangement of train arrival-departure in PDL station and seeks the efficient solving algorithm, building the simulation software for PDL station and research on the PDL station by using the simulation software. Research of this paper is as follows:1. It analyzes the purpose and the scope of PDL station technical operation simulation, and analyzes the facility and the technical operation process of PDL station, based on the analysis, the model for PDL station technical operation system is established.2. Based on the summary of previous research experience, methods to establish the description of the PDL station network are proposed, based on this methods, the description of a given PDL station network is established and the route search algorithm is put forward, in order to simulate the station throat and line of train arrival and departure later.3. Established the model of route arrangement of train arrival-departure in PDL station, combine the experience of previous research, put forward two solving algorithm; Based on the result of the two algorithm, analyse the applicability and the practicability of the two algorithm, and choose the algorithm based on Simulation Process finally.4. Based on the theory, model and algorithm, the PDL simulation software is developed, and introduce the develop process briefly.5. The paper analyse the important of peak-hour technical operation of PDL station, research the technical operation of a given PDL station via the simulation software.6. Based on the result of the simulation experiment, the paper analyse the peak-hour technical operation of PDL station, analyse two turning-back mode, analyse the influence to the capacity of different inverse proportion with different kind of train. The study covers the whole process of PDL station technical operation simulation, in the hope of being able to a certain theoretical support for the operation of PDL station and the design of the layout of PDL station.
