Rural Housing Construction Paradigm And Strategy Research Based On Wenchuan Earthquake Reconstructionand Settlement

Because of the economic condition limit and lack of construction technology, houses in the scope of seismic intensity seven degrees are almost all damaged."Complete almost2million rural housing in two years."-This is the miracle in human post-disaster reconstruction history. With the passage of time,"sports type" reconstruction seems has passed into the "forgotten stage" of the disaster management cycle, however, Wenchuan earthquake reconstruction practice provided a lot of valuable and comparable case samples, which should not be ignored. Especially with the recovery of life, problems exposed in rural reconstruction are to be further researched.Based on above background, with the guidance of construction perspective, this paper adopts the research path and content system of "Macro cognitive----case survey----system paradigm----approach strategy", and analyses technology system framework and the process model of rural reconstruction from the angle of rural housing construction paradigm and strategy, in order to provide paradigm model, relevant strategies and system design suggestions for systematic rural reconstruction under disaster events."Macro cognitive" is the theory differentiate and analysis based on rural post-disaster reconstruction double constraint:on the one hand, by analyzing the historical development and related theories of rural construction, establish the rural construction system outlook; On the other hand, by borrowing ideas from post-disaster reconstruction practice and theory, structure the systematic construction outlook of rural post-disaster reconstruction."Case survey", based on typical cases of rural post-disaster reconstruction practice after Wenchuan earthquake, is to analyze and compare from the perspective of rural housing "construction", including two aspects:rural housing construction sample analysis and principle evaluation. The former mainly cognizes and examines post-disaster rural construction achievements and problems from the sample investigation on construction process, architectural features, materials, technology and patterns; The latter is to conduct rural construction elements evaluation from the angle of villagers. The above comparative analysis sums up problems on architecture planning, organization mechanism and policy management in the process of rural reconstruction. "System paradigm", based on case survey, is to search and analyze systematic elements of post-disaster rural construction from the category of systematic thinking, especially applying critical thinking to seek and establish rural construction systematic approach, and to construct rural construction systematic paradigm both with subjective factors and objective factors."Approach strategy" contains implementation path and policy approach of post-disaster rural reconstruction under the guidance of rural construction paradigm. Implementation strategy includes organization strategy, involved strategy and implementation strategy of rural construction; Policy approach refers to rural construction policy and system mechanism design based on the transformation of the rural governance.
