The Research And Design On The Post-Earthquake Rural Resettlement Planning In Chengdu Areas Under New Rural Construction Background

"5.12 Wenchuan earthquake" had caused the great loss to the rural development in Chengdu. With the reconstruction of rural settlement in Chengdu gradually start, how to design the rural settlement planning rationally, how to make the post-earthquake reconstruction orderly, both of these are the important and difficult problem in the rural settlement plan.After the investigations conducted in the Chengdu rural areas, we can see that the rural development is now in Chengdu, there are still many problems, while some rural areas don't have a reasonable direction of the rural development. Combination of these problems, the research tries to from the perspective of the new rural construction, rationally analysis the construction of rural settlement planning, explores a scientific road to the post-earthquake reconstruction of rural settlement in Chengdu areas.The research tries to integrate the new rural development theory and the post-earthquake rural reconstruction theory. By drawing on the related research of the China's new rural construction, around the specific issues of the post-earthquake rural reconstruction, propose the reasonable construction system of the rural settlement plan, analysis the aspects in the rural resettlement reconstruction and development. Meanwhile, in order to further study the design methods and design concept of the post-earthquake rural reconstruction, the author personally involved in the design of actual cases, carryout a comparative analysis for the rural settlement reconstruction location layout, the settlement space form, the rational land use, the countryside housing design, the rural forest ecological protection, the recovery and development of rural industries, the overall direction on rural development, and each other problems. On the basis of above research, the author proposed the design principles and recommendations about the post-earthquake rural reconstruction and rural development in Chengdu areas and provide a corresponding supplementary and reference for the future rural resettlement plan.
