A New Method Of Rural Housing Construction

With the proposing and deepening in the development of the Rural Reconstruction,the distribution pattern of China's national income starts to tilt towards rural economy.As various types of investment growing,the community tend to put more attention and support into Rural Reconstruction,a large number of cases for study accumulated.Since 2008,CR Holdings(China Resources Holdings)launched the project of developing CR hope towns in domestic old revolutionary bases and poor regions by using the donor funding from its enterprises and staffs and by using its advanced and diverse resources.A new method of enterprises helping with the Rural Reconstruction has formed by serious CR hope town practices.The author has accumulated a large number of observation data and practical experiences as a member of the design team.Through research and analysis on social reality and the existing experiences of Rural Reconstruction practices,this paper affirms the important function of rural housing and communities in the Rural Reconstruction even in the New Urbanization.Trough experiences and data from the real project,this paper analyses the characteristic of the CR hope town pattern,summarizes the practical problems encountered in the Jinzhai CR hope town practices,and tries to search ways to build “fine” rural housing to support CR-hope-town-like Rural Reconstruction practices and to promote the integration of urban and rural coordination development.The main conclusions of this paper: unified scientific rural planning and rural environment modification + rural industry assistance + rural governance reorganization are the 3 key ways of CR hope town rural reconstruction pattern;The CR hope town rural reconstruction pattern and practices are replicable but still some limitations need to be improved to overcome;“Safe,applicative,delightful,natural” are the evaluation standards of rural housing;Development of healthy rural communities is principal of Rural Reconstruction;Well play of rural housing's function promotes the healthy development of the rural community,and supports CR-hope-town-like Rural Reconstruction practices and promotes the integration of urban and rural coordination development.
