Through the integration of geological survey information, national standards informationand construction information, combined with the theory of early warning systems in thispaper. Building a complete subway construction disaster warning system as a targetultimately.To achieve this goal the paper launched a study about subway construction disasterwarning system. Intends to solve these key problems including identification of the risk ofdisasters, the establishment of the key indicators, division index threshold, quantitativeclassification of the Alert-situation controllable degree, grading of contingency plans.Thepaper employs association rules, extension theory, the theory of FMEA method for thetechnical support to solve the above key issues, so as to realize the effective recognition ofrisk, set up the correlation between the types and the risk sources of subway constructionaccidents and build a set of relatively complete risk monitoring indicators. Then the paperintends to determine the index threshold, calculate the correlation degree and extensionthreshold of the warning signs monitoring index, determine warning degree and controllabledegree, classify two-stage of early warning and emergency plans in detail, propose lists ofrequirements for each level of resource plans, define the types and intensity of the emergencyallocation of resources to complete the plan of the output, integrate all the research result intothe system design, and establish a set of subway construction disaster warning system finally.The study starts with the three subsystems, they are warning signs input subsystem, thejudgment subsystem and the preparedness output subsystem. Integrate each of the threesubsystems’ function to realize the construction of early warning and monitoring system forsubway construction.Establishing a complete set of Subway construction real-time and dynamic monitoringmanual in warning signs subsystem based on four dimensions of man-machine-environment-management, using association rules and obtains correlation between the types and the risksources of subway construction accidents to build a set of relatively complete risk monitoringindicators system;The judgment subsystem is mainly use controllable correlation functions, calculate thecorrelation degree and extension threshold, finally determined correlation degree andcontrollable degree;In the police intelligence plan portends selected input-output subsystem subsystemwarning signs monitoring indicators established as a research object, FMEA method to identifycommon failure modes and consequences of failure may be based on the severity and extent ofcontrol, the plan detailed classification lists configuration list of emergency resources,specifically the type and intensity of the size of the resource, to minimize the probability of failure or loss.The operation of subway construction disaster warning system shows that the earlywarning system design principle thesis is clear, warning signs input subsystem, the subsystempolice intelligence judgments, key technology background alarm output subsystem adoptedplans are able to match computer information technology well, the entire back-end databasesystem portends indicators, extension diagnosis model back-end database support plan library,is able to rapidly calculate the correlation between indicators of warning signs, warning degreeand controllable degrees, so we can start plan quickly.
