It is much more significant to conduct the exploitation and utilization of the underground space along with the development of the city construtioin. A large-scale excavation of underground is not only relevant to the subway contrution, but also refers to the high buildings constrution of deep foundation pits. Meanwhile, the subway station excavation project is one important form of the excavation projects. However, subway constrution is one of the high-risk projects, just because of the cross as well as the complexity of construction technology and the particularity of the working environment. With the rapid growth of subway constrution and the lack of risk management investment, different degrees of subway construction safety accidents have taken place more and more recently among the nationwide.Through a lot of subway accidents investigation, each subway accident takes placed with some warning signs. In order to prevent subway accidents more effectively, some uncertain items should be monitored during the subway constrution. Regarding the excavation project as the research suject, this paper is going to build a model of subway excavation constrution accidents based on association rules by means of the research methods of literature, interviews to experts, comparative analysis, investigations and so on to to help analyze a large mount of data and find the strong association relationships among the risk sources of subway constrution. Finally, the constrution monitoring items will be figured out through the research. The contents of the paper are listed as follows.First, through the present situations of the subway construction and safety management, this paper points out that there are some problems on the subway station excavation projects. Many researches show that the present monitoring items on subway constrution are just technical items and ignore the relatonship study between the construction accidents type and the other constrution undefinite factors. The the definition of risk monitoring on excavation engineering is puy forward. Then the risk monitoring items also are metioned. Therefore, all this analysis is just the basic to introduce the association rules theory which analyzes the relationship of construction accidents type and the other constrution undefinite factors.Secondly, using association rules find out the association relationship among the subway excavation engineering risk factors. Through analysis of the collected excavation engineering accidents based on accident-preventing theory, this paper classifies the accidents types and introduce some methods and rules to identify risk sources. Then, the constrution accidents types and risk foctors are re-defined based on a question-investgating method using the contrasting analysis and document summary among the classification standards on injuries and deaths of enterprise employees as well as building construction workers. At last, a model about subway constrution is built to analyze accidents data based on association rules theory. Finally, on the basis of the model about subway constrution accidents based on association rules, this paper shows how to find out strong association rules between "person - instrument-environment-management" and the caving-in accidents through a lot of constrution accidents. Then, 45 monitoring items and some certain safeguards of the subway excavation project constrution are figurd out through the aboved analysis.Combining with the above researches, this thesis consummates the concept of risk monitoring on excavation engineering, discussing the relationship between constrution accidents types and risk foctors which are identified based on the study about the subway constrution through the theory of association rules.
