Color is a psychological physical quantity, and color measurement instrument is an important means to quantify it. As a branch of spectrometer, the color measurement instrument has been closely linked with the development of semiconductor, computer and other related disciplines. With the current advances in semiconductor technology and the development of the new light source technology represented by LED light, the development of color measurement instruments has a new opportunity. Taking the advantage of predominance of technology, we should achieve technological catch-up as soon as possible. It is of great important practical significance, not only for the technology itself, but also for the development of the domestic color measuring instruments industry. This article discussed color measurement instruments related technologies, puts the solutions on some key issues.In the study of the photoelectric integral color measurement instruments, Aimed at the present situation of technology due to low filter matching precision value error of the larger problem, put forward using diffuse incidence of colored glass transmittance as computing algorithm based on the model, the photoelectric integrating color measurement instrument of the matching technology of colored glass filter are discussed.
