Object surface color extraction and color matching are of great significance for decoration,automobile painting,metal painting,packaging,printing and dyeing and other industries.Accurate extraction of object color and real-time color matching in actual production can improve the efficiency and quality of products in various industries.However,in the process of actual color extraction and color matching,it is limited by environmental interference Due to the influence of detection device and color management,it is difficult to realize the same color reproduction in line with human vision.Combined with the relevant hardware design and software algorithm of predecessors in the field of color matching,this paper completes the design of an efficient color matching system for color detection and real-time matching of corresponding colors on the object surface.The color matching system can realize the real-time extraction and color reproduction of the object surface color.The color matching system studied in this paper can be applied to the fields of plane object color detection,surface painting,paint printing,ink painting and so on.Under the influence of the comprehensive function,volume and cost performance of the hardware design part,the embedded system design is selected for the overall design scheme,and the STM32 series microcontral is selected as the control and calculation core for the MCU of the system.Through the functional analysis and selection of components such as HR4000 spectrometer,D1002 light source,bifurcated optical fiber,LCD display screen,stepping motor,peristaltic pump and ink cartridge,the integrated PCB circuit for related control and drive is designed,An automatic color matching system for object surface spectral data detection is built.The HR4000 spectrometer and USB driver module can realize the real-time reading and transmission of spectral data.The color matching algorithm carried on STM32F746 can calculate the X,Y and Z stimulus values on the object surface,and Neugebauer equation is introduced to solve the CMY proportional value required for color matching.The back-end output device can detect the corresponding color output from the peristaltic pump according to the ink proportion output by the color matching algorithm moduleIn the software part of the system,the front end realizes the software interface connection from the spectrometer to the single chip microcomputer through the USB driver and realizes the data transmission.The control end program includes several modules:display,data processing,color matching algorithm and motor control.Due to many real-time running tasks,RTOS system is selected in the control system to realize the real-time scheduling of various tasks,so as to achieve the cooperative work of various functional modules during color matching.After the hardware and software systems are built,the relevant experiments are carried out according to the data required for the initialization of the color matching algorithm,and the relevant parameters are determined.After the parameters are determined,the relevant color matching experiments are carried out in the simulated ink printing environment,and the color difference data between the color matching results and the samples are output after importing the color matching experimental data into different CIE color difference algorithms.After analyzing the color difference data of the color matching results,The results show that the color matching system can realize the detection and color matching of object color.
